This lovely St. John rental home with the Hawaiian name, Hale Lani, certainly lives up to its moniker. This 'heavenly home' is a 4-bedroom, 3 ½ bath jewel, tucked into the green verdant hillside on Maria Bluff. Hidden away but close to everything, Hali Lani is less than 5 minutes from Cruz Bay and close to our world-renowned beaches.
You enter this wonderful house through a flower filled garden into a 'lanai' or covered porch which opens onto the very private and inviting pool with endless views of the magnificent Caribbean beyond. Lush tropical gardens surround your hideaway, and a colorful palette of flowers will delight your senses.
Hale Lani has four large air conditioned bedrooms, three kings and one twins, placed on two levels for optimum views and privacy. The two master bedrooms have full baths ensuite, one with an open air garden showers crafted with native stone accents. The two lower bedrooms are adjoining and share a well equipped full bath.
A bright and airy kitchen is well equipped for preparing an island feast, which can be enjoyed from the lanai while the blazing sun sinks to the west over a silver sea.
Watch as the sunlight fades and the lights of St. Thomas come out to dance like distant stars. Hale Lani is beautiful, private, and very well-priced... and ready to make your next holiday heaven!

We have stayed in a number on homes in St, John and this one was the most comfortable. The only complaint we had was there was only one lounge chair and the beach chairs were old and rusted and two of them broke apart. The people who took care of the home inside and out were friendly and took care of your every need. We would stay again on our next trip. Location was great and view wonderful.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We have stayed on St. John for the last 20 years ever since going there on a sailing trip. We tried Hale Lani this year because we were economizing due to the economy and we were not disappointed. It is a great house for the value. The kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal. The only thing that was tiresome was the refrigerator. It was small and water condensation filled up the bottom (2) storage drawers if you didn't leave a bowl on the top shelf to catch the water. The views are outstanding and the pool is nicer than it looks in the pictures. There was only (1) lounge chair by the pool and it would have been nice to have 2-4 so that everyone could have been out there at the same time. The (2) bedrooms upstairs are large and comfortable. The downstairs bedrooms are a little awkward and the air conditioning doesn't cool as well as the ones upstairs. Everyone had a great time at the house and the drive up appeal is very nice. We all agreed that for the money it was well worth it and we will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
