  Mike, thank you so much, we had a GREAT time! The condo is perfect size for a family of 4 and perfect location to beach. Two small things you may want to check on, the broiler on the oven does not seem to work, and may need a new tack strip, or something to cover it at least at the doors to balcony in bedroom. We all stepped on it going out the door, no problems for us, but a small child may hurt their foot on it. Everything else was fantastic, every thing you need is in the kitchen, just bring food! We did miss not being able to bring our dogs this time, as we saw a great many in the complex with their pets. Do you by chance have a pet friendly property? We would like to bring our dogs with us next time we come! One last note, I apologize again for having to call you so late when we checked in. I read the instructions on the security lock wrong!   Hey Mike....My family had a great time at the beach and really enjoyed the stay at your condo. There was plenty of room for my family of four! The veiws were awesome and enjoyed sitting on the front balcony and watching the waves, people fishing from the pier and all the excitement of people driving onto Freeman Park! There was always a nice breeze on the front balcony at night! The beach was beautiful (just as I remember as a kid), the pool was refreshing and very muched used, and the condo was very cozy and roomy. There was one little incident that was not that big of a deal, while cooking dinner one night, the large burner on the stove did catch underneath (not the burner itself), it was taking care of and we went on about dinner! By the way the, the grill by the pool was a big hit and was big enough to cook two full racks of ribs on, perfect! I hope we make it back again next year! If anyone is wondering, the hotdogs and burgers at the pier are awesome, soom good eating! Thanks for the memories!!

  Mike, Thanks for another great stay at your condo. my friends and i had a great time once again.the weekend went by way to fast but the fishing was great and we had a wonderful diner at michael's sea food restaurant!! once again the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. looking forward to next summer, talk to you then!!

  my family and i had a great stay at your condo, mike the owner was great to talk to and deal with, the condo was very clean and had every thing we needed to have a great vacation we will be back next summer!! i would recommend this condo to everyone, the charter fishing boats are close and good fishing from the pier witch is in walking distance.cant wait till next summer!!! thank you mike

  We had a great time . The condo is very clean and nice . You can see the ocean and you can see the waterway . It was very relaxing . We really liked the walks on the beach . Jim & Marty , Ohio

  We had a lovely week in this house. Swimming pool is near the house. And ocean it's 3 minutes to walk. On the shore not many people at all! Sometimes we were only family around with bodyguard on duty! Water in ocean was warmer than in our heated swimming pool! In the house everything is in working condition and clean. One thing. Only if you have toddlers (like we do) you may need to have cover for glass tables.Just to be sure ... :). We loved porch area with table and chars where you can eat and observe nature around.
