  We just returned from a month at this wonderful condo and resort area. The pictures and description of the condo match perfectly, to what we found when we opened the door. Everything that you could want was supplied by the owners and was of top quality. My husband was a guest at Palm Aire Golf Country Club and really enjoyed his day of golfing. We also had Sunday brunch at the club while looking out over the Golf course. The pool is just out side your sliding doors, which we used every afternoon. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone that was interested in Sarasota for a vacation.

  My wife and I came to visit family in Sarasota, along with my little boy and my wife's sister. It was our first time renting a property in the area, and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. The community is perfectly situated, with several shopping centers close by, easy access to the interstate, and many of Sarasota's landmarks and attractions only minutes away. The home was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was right there in ready supply, from bedding to towels to kitchen utensils. Coming from Japan, we have gotten accustomed to doing more with less room. This was a beautifully refreshing change in lifestyle for a while. The pictures are spot-on in covering the overall layout of the house--though they still can't do justice to the great sense of both space and comfort one gets when standing in the middle of it (in fact, they actually leave out the lovely dining area situated between the enclosed patio room and the kitchen. We entertained a number of times, and it served us well). We also took full advantage of the community pool right behind the house. Wonderful extra bonus there. The owner was always friendly and hugely helpful whenever we had questions, and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us, even if it were only via email or phone. We were quite sad to have to leave at the end of the month, though we certainly hope to get the chance to stay again when next we are in town. Fantastic deal--you can't go wrong.

  This golf villa is beautifully furnished, spacious, well-equipped and has tons of closet space. We rented for several months while house hunting and were perfectly comfortable and happy with everything. I loved the newly remodeled kitchen and my husband loved the well-appointed and spacious office. The lanai was enclosed and made for an airy and attractive family/TV room. Both bedrooms are large and the master has a huge walk-in closet as well as a wall of closets, shelves and drawers in the bedroom. The Meadows CC is a lovely community. We took a temporary membership and found everyone friendly and welcoming. The owners were responsive to our needs and were a pleasure to deal with in every way. You never know exactly what you will get when renting over the internet and photos can be deceiving but this rental exceeded our expectations and was far lovelier than the photos depicted. We can’t recommend this rental highly enough.

  We were a couple and found this Villa to be wonderfully comfortabe, clean and well situated for all amenities like restaurants, airport, supermarkets and department stores as well as the beach. The description of the property was absolutely correct,and the owner provided all the necessary customer care and was easily contactible. We were able to visit he Ringling museum, the vintage car museum, various art galleries, and the upmarket gift shops situated in Sarasota downtown. We enjoyed St Armand's shopping malls and craft fairs. As we are outdoor people we also enjoyed the various beaches and state parks situated within close proximity to the rented property. Of particular interest in this respect is the Siesta beach area and Crescent beach as well as the Myakka river lake cruise and seeing the variety of birds as well as alligators. This cruise is highly recommended. We also rented a canoe and spent some enjoyable time on the lake and surrounds. Back at the villa it was convenient to use the well maintained swimming pool. The villa was well fitted out with the necessary bedding, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, washer, dryer and fridge etc. It was comforting to be able to park one's vehicle in the lock-up garage. The lanai provided many hours of relaxing for reading and TV watching and it was especially convenient to be able to have the facility of the well equipped study with library and computer working area with high speed internet and phone. We can highly recommend this villa for a family as the second bedroom is also comfortably furnished and fitted out although we never had the necessity to use it. The air condioning and heating unit worked flawlessly to provide the right temperature for any particular day/night. The owner returned our deposit within a matter of a few days and we have no hesitaion to recommend this villa and Sarasota in general as a superb holiday location.
