Be one of the first to enjoy our brand new Miramar Beach Villa. It is decorator furnished throughout, spacious approx 2700 st ft, lots of room for everybody.
The home has 3 kings, 1 queen, built in bunks and sleeper sofa to sleep 12. Mattresses are all memory foam and pillow toppers. Each bedroom has it's own private bath and 2 have jacuzzi tubs. The master on the 1st floor, guest room on the 2nd floor and master on the 3rd floor all have balconies for sitting out and enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The master upstairs has a 'peek' of the Gulf.
The villa is located at the south end of the gated private cove so it is the closest to the beach and pool. Deeded private beach entrance.
The home has an upscale coastal ambient theme throughout with Tommy Bahama Island Collection furnishings.
I can promise you that this is going to be wonderful rental for large groups. Four bedroom/4 bath homes are hard to find in Destin. We are just down the street for anything you need and the beach entrance is a 1 minute walk.
