This condo provides a great view of the Gulf of Mexico, WaterColor Town Center, Beach Club, and 4 Diamond WaterColor Inn. Located on the 2nd Floor of Building 4, it is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Just above the shops, restaurants, and all that WaterColor Resort has to offer.
Upon entering this condo, you will absolutely be impressed with the new owners' renovations. The main floor boasts the living area with plush new furnishings, a flat screen TV, and amazing french doors leading out to the spacious balcony which offers breathtaking views of the Gulf. A half bath and the kitchen can also be found on the main floor. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops adorn the roomy kitchen.
On the second level of the condo, you will find the two bedrooms. The master suite has a King sized bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, and a connecting bath with double vanity and separate jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom provides sleeping for four, with 2 queen sized beds, a flat screen TV, and a connecting bath.

This was an amazing condo with a beautiful view. The decor was perfect and included all the amenities one could need. It was nice being over the stores and running down to shop and was totally quiet in the evenings. This is a little distance from where all the kids like to meet at Seaside and we appreciated the quietness, yet our teenagers could get to the "action" easily. Can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Location, location, location! Perfect proximity to the Watercolor beach, pool, spa, and restaurants! An easy bike ride to Seaside and Grayton Beach! Loved feeling that breeze right off the Gulf! Very spacious and well appointed place for a relaxing escape to 30A!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
