You will have great views, and have close proximity to the community park, and the heated pool. Old Florida Cottages is a wonderful community with palm tree-lined streets, lush tropical landscaping, winding brick paved walkways, white picket fences, a sparkling pool with ample sundeck and a large lanai. The beach is less than 200 yards from Blue Serenity, making its gulf view the best in the neighborhood, with four beautiful decks; from early morning sunrise to a romantic evening sunset, the view is captivating. The master bedroom has a king size bed with the other bedrooms having queen size beds. The living room sofa is a queen size sleeper as well. Gulfview Heights Beachside Park offers great access to the beach with pavilions, barbecue grills, and showers just a short stroll away. Golf, tennis, unique shops, and world-class restaurants are within a two-minute drive. NO SMOKING - NO PETS
