    We (a family of four: 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 10) had a fantastic 2 week holiday in Orlando. The property is located in Paradise Palms which is about 15 minutes drive from Disney World Resort. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Universal or Sea World. Paradise Palms is a very new, very secure gated development equipped with a very nice central "clubhouse" featuring a large pool, games room and even a cinema - although with tickets to all the theme parks, we didn't get much use of these facilities. The house is lovely with 4 spacious bedrooms and a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area as well as its own small pool situated in a nice, covered patio area. The house has central air conditioning and is very well equipped with, for example flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms as well as the living area. It is also furnished and decorated to a high standard. Paradise Palms is just a few hundred yards off US highway 192 which has lots of restaurants and shops along it (the Outback restaurant is excellent). There are two Publix supermarkets within 5 minutes drive of the house and a Walmart and a Super Target also very close by. In our opinion, the house is lovely and ideally located for an excellent family holiday in Orlando. The owner is extremely helpful and replied the same day to any email questions we had. Thoroughly recommended.

    Best decision! Beautiful home, very clean and well maintained grounds. My family absolutely loved it. Great for young and older. I have 3 children ages 21, 17 and 8... And my mom came along.. We all had a great time...the pool is perfect to keep the kids busy while dinner is being prepared. Would not hesitate to rent again...actually referring friends....Great way to save money on food and very comfortable for a family. The Ortega's NYC

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Paradise Palms vacation home. We were close enough to all of the area attractions as well as to numerous stores and restaurants but still felt far enough away to enjoy a less commercialized feel of Kissimmee. The home was immaculate and very spacious yet cozy. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 small children and we never felt crowded at all. The couple of very minor issues we had upon arrival ie. no coffee pot in the coffee maker were immediately taken care of by the home manager who by the way was very helpful and accommodating with all of our questions and requests. Paradise Palms is a vacation within itself. We loved the community pool, hot tubs, and tiki bar area. Our teenagers spent ample time in the movie theatre and arcade and loved them. We were not ready to leave when the time came and we look forward to visiting again in the future. I highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to the Orlando/Kissimmee area, I know that when we go back, this will definitely be the one that we choose again!

    We booked this villa for a family of six. This is the second time we have stayed at paradise palms, This particular immaculate spacious villa was located in the best part of the subdivision, south facing spacious pool area and very close to the club house which was great when walking to and from the clubhouse. The location of paradise palms we feel is great, close enough by car to shops and restaurants. My kids love this resort with the spacious pool, games room, cinema, tennis basket ball courts and friendly staff. The management company were very professional and their service was great infact i had left by mistake some money and credit cards at the villa which they posted to me in the UK. I would recommend this villa and hope to return shortly.

    We had the opportunity to stay in this home the first week of May 2011. There were 8 adults and one child. The home was immaculate, we did not feel crowded at all. The pool outside the home was great, and the Club House pool was wonderful. We did leave a few pot holders and a potato peeler, things we could not live without. The only comment I have it that there is no grill. The facility had a grill at one time, but they said they removed it, so we would have to rent one for the week which was approximately $50.00 so we decided not to. Location was great, and we had a great time. We will definately return!

    We absolutely fell in love with your home Mark. The moment we walked in after a long drive it was nice to be welcome to a beautiful and peaceful place. The listing description is very accurate. Walmart, Target, Publix are within a 5-10 minutes. The I-192 is your road to restaurants, shops, entertainment and attractions. From the moment we got in touch with Mark we knew we had found our vacation home. Always prompt to reply all my e-mails. Thank you. All the best. And God willing we'll be in touch in the autumn. We would recommend this property to family and friends. The only thing that was a concern for us was the stairs. For families with small children it needs a gate.

    I apologize for being so long in writing a review. We stayed at this home Feb. 25th-March 8, 2011. The home exceeded our expectations. There were 9 of us, 8 adults (ranging in age from 18 to 60 and a 5 year old and there was lots of rooms and it was very comfortable. The home was very clean and had all the amenities. The small complaint I would have is that the kitchen could use a few more items, i.e. better parry knife, pot holders and tea towels and roaster pan. Other than that, it was great and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was a quiet area, we felt very safe and it was easy to walk to and from the Club House which was another great feature. For the price and the product we received, we couldn't beat it. The location was also excellent - easy to get to the parks and lots of places to eat. I think we have to find a bigger place next year though because we are telling people and they want to come along with us. Thanks again Mark - you can be sure we are spreading the word!

    The house is nicely decorated and very cozy. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. The club house is really nice, the pool is great but we didn't spend any time there (It was somewhat cold). The staff was very friendly. The "house pool" is very small, but on some hot days, I'm sure kids will enjoy no matter what. I liked that it was gated so I didn't have to worry about my 2 year old running around. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. Kids enjoyed the Xbox 360 in the room. Plenty of space for all of us and we were in 10. TV in each bedroom is very convenient. There's also a DVD player, but no DVD's, so that could be a suggestion. The wireless unfortunately didn't work, we contacted the management company but they couldn't fix it till a certain day and we were getting ready leave. We waited too long to contact them, our fault! I'd suggest maybe adding a security gate on the staircase. Location is fantastic! Easy drive to the parks, all parks are within minutes so it is perfect! There's a Target Store, Publix groceries very close by as well as several restaurants. There's also a Wallmart within 2 miles. I only found a whole foods within 6 miles, close to Universal Studios. About 20min drive, which is not bad. We really enjoyed our stay and would for sure stay there again. Mark was always very friendly and attentive. Thanks so much! We just can't wait to go back!!!!

    Very well equipped and spacious accommodation, despite 8 people being in the house. Lovely pool area. Very convenient for attracions, eating out and food shopping. Would definitely reccomend. Very easy to book. We found that both the local Angus Steakhouse and Dennys served the best food and best value for money. The other chains we used were very disappointing.

    This is a new property on a gated development away from the main highway and local suburbia hustle bustle. The holiday home exceeded my expectations. All the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The three bathrooms are also spacious and well appointed. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped with dishwasher and enormous fridge/freezer (washer and dryer located upstairs). There are more TV's than you can shake a stick at (much to my children’s pleasure) but frankly it was more difficult trying to prize them away from the small pool attached to the property or the extremely large shared pleasure pool. This is available to the entire complex although we virtualy had it to ourselves. We did manage to get away to the parks and found the property location ideal meaning we were only about 20 minutes away from many of the major attractions. We dined out most evenings although a Publix supermarket (half way between a Tesco and Waitrose for quality and price) is only just up the road providing everything you would expect to find back home. The oven and microwave are supersized so if entertaining is your thing you'll find all the necessary equipment to hand. The property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans, just what you need after a long hot day running around after Disney character’s trying to get their autographs. There’s the usual array of burger bars and diners on every road. We found a very reasonable Italian restaurant and a micro brewery style place (2 minute drive) where the menu was varied and the quality/service good. Our Paradise Palms holiday home was the ideal base to check out the parks from and then when you needed to recharge your batteries and relax in quiet comfortable surroundings was just the pad. In a word “Faultless” (even the weather) I will definatley recommend Mark's home to anyone planning a Disney vacation.

    We stayed here for two weeks commencing 7th April 2010 and could not of asked for better accommodation and facilities. On arrival we opened the door to what we can only describe as a 5* show home full of beautiful furniture and tasteful decorations. The whole house was comfortable and the beds in every room were 1st class giving everyone in our party good nights sleep. There was nothing we felt we needed whilst staying here - on many an evening we ate in and cooked meals for our party of 8 and had all the requirements of a fully equipped kitchen. The villa pool was an instant hit with the kids and the onsite facilities were exceptional with the main pool area at the complex giving an additional wow factor. The area is approx 30 min drive from International Drive and the big parks but we were only visiting Disney on this trip and the villa is literally a 10 min drive down the road from the entrance to all the Disney parks. We enjoyed the quietness of the area but if we were wanting to head out to restaurants for breakfast or an evening meal then they were a two min drive away at the end of the road (the Red Lobster gave great service and excellent food as did the Longhorn Steakhouse!). All in all our trip was faultless (apart from we were devastated that air space opened the day we flew home!) and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.
