Large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a spectacular ocean view. Enjoy the white sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central east coast of Florida. One hour from Disney and Orlando International Airport.
Our large porch overlooks the ocean and a tropical landscaped courtyard. Our condo is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include an oceanfront heated pool (winter months),tennis court, shuffleboard, and large patio gazebo.
Step from the pool onto the white, sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.
We are an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center.
New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shop, pubs, and restaurants.
We are on the 3rd floor with an excellent view of the ocean. Our condo is 1250 square feet. ***New bamboo flooring throughout, new paint,new doors and trim***new master bedroom furniture***
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large bath room with a great view of the ocean! The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, large closet and plenty of drawer space. We have queen and twin self inflating mattresses available. Relax in the living room on comfortable leather couches while you watch the waves roll in!
The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We have three televisions and for your convenience high speed wireless internet. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our WI-FI connection!

New Smyrna Beach is the friendliest place I have ever been. The residents are so polite and respectful, it is just a pleasure to stay in town. We love it, small town feel but it has all of the amenities.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The beach is so clean, it's a no drive, and never too crowded. Our condo is very "clean", we used to rent prior to purchasing and found the condos not clean enough for us. We have no carpet in the unit, LOVE THAT!!! The condo location is so convenient, walking distance to bars and restaurants, not to mention the grocery store and laundry right across the street.

Wonderful condo to stay it! Have stayed in NSB many times but this condo was one of the best. Very well stocked with plenty of beach toys, towels, kitchen items, as well as a crib and booster seat for our little one. Great view of the ocean. Loved that we could sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean in the background. Would highly recommend this condo. The pool was warm and clean. Plenty of space to relax. Also the grounds were very well maintained and landscaped. Will definitely come back!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This condo was in immaculate condition and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. Beautiful, well kept and children friendly. I am staying againa nd will make this my yearly getaway. Love this place!!!

What a condo, the pictures do not do this place justice. It is so clean and stocked real well too. We have been coming to Florida for years and my hubby and me agree that this is the nicest place we've ever rented and the price was awesome. Deb, the owner, was amazing! We hope to come back soon. We had our grandchildren stay for a few days and really appreciated having the beach toys and chairs for them as we flew and would have otherwise had to purchase them.
