  Excellent location. Beautiful and spacious condo. Exactly what we needed for a beautiful week in Hilton Head. Janet was wonderful to work with. We have already booked a return visit for the fall. So looking forward to another trip back to Hilton Head. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family. So Thankful to be able to bring my 2 little Yorkies.

  We were so pleased with finding this very nice place to stay! we took our teenage daughters for spring break and enjoyed our vacation so much! this condo is very clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. several nearby grocery stores - we were able to cook meals and avoid eating out too much. the bedrooms are quite large and the furniture is nice and clean. we rented bikes and enjoyed riding to the beach and on the quiet streets. it was a very relaxing and peaceful vacation. the area is so beautiful with the live oaks. i definitely recommend this lovely condo.

  The setting of this cozy condo offers a lush view of a quiet lagoon where you can be entertained by grey squirrels, herons, and the occasional owl! We were suprised by the ease of navigating to the beach; almost a hop, skip and jump from this site, which made our stay ever so enjoyable. The well appointed kitchen which is complete with a washer/dryer unit offers ease and convenience of use for those domestic chores. Most importantly, this unit is clean and tidy. A short walk to Palmetto Outfitters will put you in a kayak or bicycle to tour the "PD" resort area. The Centre Court pool is practically in your front yard should you want to escape the sand and surf for a few hours. In addition, we found a new restaurant, "Black Marlin" which is at the Palmetto Bay Marina, which offers outdoor dining in a casual setting overlooking the marina and marsh.

• very nice condo, well-equipped

  My spouse and I stayed here for a week in July. The condo was very well-maintained and clean (except for some carpet stains). Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking with the exception of no large nonstick skillet(recommend you bring one if you plan on cooking eggs, etc). I did cook a couple of days and was impressed that even spices are provided. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms were large and clean with an abundance of towels and linens provided. There is a nice washer/dryer which I used with no problems. The back porch was very nice with a lagoon view and surprisingly no mosquitoes while we were there. The pool was just a short walk through the parking lot of our condo area and not crowded at all. The WiFi worked very well throughout the visit. The only negative issue we had ( and the reason I cannot give it 5 stars) was some very noisy neighbors in the condo above us. There is little to no sound-proofing in the ceilings so we were bothered and awakened several times by very heavy footsteps and perhaps some jumping , running by kids at night. We did complain to Security after 2 days and they were able to rectify it for the most part. I recommend that if you have this issue, to call the Security desk at Palmetto Dunes as soon as you can. They were quite helpful. The new owner was efficient and very easy to work with and she seemed to be interested in making sure we were comfortable. We did find 2 very good restaurants very close to Palmetto Dunes which were Pazzo Italian cafe and Sea Grass Grill which I highly recommend.

  This villa was perfect for our family vacation. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well furnished with lots of cooking equipment. The new owner's were very informative and accomodating. My family vacations in hilton head every summer and everyone remarked this is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. Hope to return again in the future. Highly reccomend this rental!

  What a wonderful home away from home! This rental exceeded my expectations. It is very comfortable, clean and family friendly. We enjoyed the private deck and closeness to the pool. This rental had very comfortable beds, big baths and a really nice kitchen. The bike paths were great for our young boys.

  My wife and I spent the last week in June at your villa and found it very spacious and accommodating. Had we had additional guest, the space could have easily provided comfortable quarters with privacy for two couples. We will definitely visit again!

  I recently stayed at this wonderful condo. It's only a short walk or drive to the beach-access is via the Disney resort. They have a wonderful pool only a few steps from the condo. This condo was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen is well equipped allowing us to cook many meals at the condo (which is much easier than going out with a 2 year old). It has two bedrooms each with 2 beds. Its in a gated community but the owner is great about calling in passes if needed if you have any visitors. The owner was good about answering questions and provided a great handout prior to arrival. The pictures are very representative of the condo. I highly recommend this condo!!
