This apartment was perfectly beautiful. The owner has decorated it with wonderful taste and has made every effort to see that the premises were clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Since the location was on one of the canals there was very little wildlife visiting, but there is a lake within the complex where cormorants and white pelicans hang out. The owner was very responsive to any of our concerns and addressed them promptly. This property is near downtown St. Petersburg, where there are three wonderful museums--The Chihuly, the Dali and the Art Museum, which also has a good restaurant. Another good restuarant for tapas is Cafe Alma. We would definitely recommend this property to others.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I brought my two daughters and three granddaughters to this beautiful waterfront property for a short vacation. The owner was very helpful in addressing all my concerns, especially about safety for my three year old. There was more than enough room and the interior, including all furniture, was in very good taste and in new condition. There's a pool across the street and another less than a block away at the clubhouse. A short drive away are the Dali Museum (a must see), the Museum of Modern Art and Chihuly's museum of extraordinary glasswork. St Petersburg also has numerous restaurants in the downtown area. We all wished we could stay a lot longer. Not only would I recommend this property to all my friends, but I plan to return myself in the very near future. Satisfied VacationeerRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I had a great weekend with my mother, aunt and grandmother at Waterside. The location was great, we were just minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. We visited the new Dali Museum and had dinner at great restaurants downtown. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to make dinners at home. I enjoyed the large pools and the gym while I stayed at Waterside also. I would definitely come back to stay here with family or friends in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hi, We are the owners of this townhome and love going there on long weekends and vacations. We are boaters and love that we can just pull up to the dock and enjoy the beautiful islands and beaches of the St Petersburg area. We live in Tampa about 30 minutes away. We can't be there full time so we want to share our island paradise with you.
