  I stayed here for 3 months as I was traveling for work. It was everything I could have asked for. Beautiful and modern room, huge bathroom, great other amenities (pool, gym, spa). Couldn't recommend it more! The owner is very responsive and it was a pleasure to stay here!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  It's the best of both worlds. You are staying in a condo with all the amenities of home...yet just a short skytube walk away from Palms Casino & nightlife...and a free shuttle ride away from the strip (drop off at Ceasars). My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. The room is spacious and just as pictured. The tower is quiet and luxurious...which was great. We were able to take advantage the spa and gym, both of which were as nice and well kept as any spa/gym I've ever been to. The distance to walk (in the skytube) to the Palms Casino was very short. I've walked a lot farther within one hotel on the strip to get to food or a casino floor. An added treat was that we were able to get into the "Moon" nightclub for free being that we were staying at the Palms (Place). Mr. Linares provided great communication and provided us with all the information we needed to have a great weekend.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  I rented a place from Nick and I couldn't be more happy with evryting he had done for me. Ive rented many places through VRBO and nobody had been more helpful than Nick. I had a few Issues with the Front desk and he cleared them up Immedialtly. The room was exactly what it look like in the picture, very comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and I will be back very soon to stay with Nick.

  Our stay was perfect. Mr. Ulysses personally made sure, that our stay was comfortable. The staff at the resort were extremely pleasant and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this place. Much better deal than staying at a noisy casino.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  The room was fantastic. It was even better than the pictures show. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely would stay here again. The owner was very prompt with communication and courteous at all times. Thank you!

  This is great budget off-strip location to stay at. Property has a separate (from Palms hotel) pool and spa complex - which is great. The only downside is that you have to walk to the main hotel to have breakfast. We stayed on 16th floor and enjoyed great view.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

I am sorry you were not able to enjoy Simon Restaurant & Lounge located on the sixth floor of the Palms Place Hotel and Spa. Simon's offers an excellent menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a brunch of Sundays! The restaurant is open seven days a week from 7am to 11pm. Thank you!

  Let me start with - Wow!- this place is huge compare to the standard hotel room. I previously stayed at MGM suites and this unit was much larger. Fridge with icemaker was a big plus. Pleasant surprise was that with room key we were able to get to all Palms nightclubs for free! Nice! The unit was very clean, very nicely finished in contemporary style. Will definitely stay again!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This condo is just as pictured. Great owner with good communication. Robes furnished! Very neat and well maintained.
