  Home was very comfortable and clean. Owner worked well with us and the VRBO customer service was helpful when I needed help with directions. The home has a large deck and plenty of parking with picnic table and charcoal grill. We would rent it again.

  I just want to thank you again for letting us house sit your home. It was beautiful, truly like a home away from home. Although it was stormy Saturday night, with the accommodations the home had we enjoyed being inside just as much as we did the sunny afternoons on the beach. The view from the front and back porches were both awesome and the walk down to the sand was great. We really enjoyed our 8th anniversary. I know you guys are booked solid, but we will definitely make a return trip with the kids. I even have a couple of friends that were very impressed with the up-to-date appliances and furnishings (much better than the house they were staying in) & are interested in a future stay as well. Thanks again for everything.

  Surfside is a wonderful place to visit and this is VERY nice home. A perfect location, a few steps to the beach walkover and yet due to the dead end street, quiet with little to no traffic. Very helpful owners who made the process easy for a first time VRBO user. House pictures shown are accurate. We really like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. It quickly felt like home away from home. Would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet retreat with a great home.

  This is a beautiful home, in the perfect location. It is at the end of a very quiet dead-end street. The beach is just a few steps away. The photos in this listing do not do the house justice. It was new and sparkeling clean! The owner was VERY helpful - I even had my full deposit refunded the same day we left - before I even got home from the the vacation. We will definitely be returning soon.

  Coastal Paradise is a wonderful place. Attention to detail and thoughtful furnishings made our stay carefree. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. More than ample supply of towels. This new, immaculate, beach house is well appointed for convenience and comfort. I look forward to returning soon. The listing description and photos are accurate. The property is clean and well maintained. The owner answered our many questions and responded promptly to our needs.I highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. We spent most of our time on the beach. However, a trip the Galveston and the shops on the Strand proved delightful and entertaining. Thanks so much!

  Our stay was absoulutely perfect. We arrived to an imaculate new home with beautiful ocean views. The fridge and cabinets were stocked with everything that you could need. Floorplan was perfect for a family. We will defiitely be back. Heath made check in and out so convienient.

  This house is incredibly well kept. Typically at a beach house you expect dingy carpet and scratchy furniture, but I was immediately surprised by the wood floors and leather sofas. The house is right on the beach, though behind another house. I though this would obstruct the access or view but because of the way the two decks are laid out, you get a great beach view from both sides as well as immediate beach access. Heath was also great to work with, getting my deposit back the next day and making himself available if I needed anything. All and all I'd say this is an amazing house, with some great owners.

  We enjoyed our week on the beach and staying at this home very much. The house is super clean and right by the walkway to the beach. The view is perfect! I will be back for sure!

  We had a wonderful time. The house was excellent and provided everything we needed. Can't say enough about how helpful Heath was. We plan on staying again another time.

  We just returned from Surfside and had a great time! This beach house is definitely the cleanest and nicest that we have ever stayed at. The owners are super nice and accommodating. You can tell that the owners have really thought about every single thing you may need while staying at their house and have been sure to provide it. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you!
