One hour to Vail and one hour 15 minutes to Beaver Creek. 10 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater and downtown Denver is only 25 minutes away.
House is located on 3 acres of ponderosa pine trees at approximately 7500 ft Elevation. Garage attached. As a bonus for the kids, there is a fully enclosed, 80 square-foot tree house with carpeted floor and small deck.
So you have world-class skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling in the winter. Excellent fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and rafting in the summer. There are over 50 golf courses within 25 miles!
