"Breck Lodge," enjoy this 3400 square foot, ski-in and ski-out, mountain home located just 75 feet from the beginner ski slope "Trygve's Run" and the base of Peak 8 and Children's Ski School. Watch your kids ski to ski school or enjoy all of the summer activities Peak 8 Fun Park has to offer.
This home offers two master suites, two bunkrooms, den, open great room with TV, DVD, stereo, and dining room which seats ten plus five at kitchen bar, all surrounded by mountain views, and wrap-around deck with private hot tub.
The lower level has a recreation room, pool table, bar, big game table, sofa sleeper, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, full bath, and a bunkroom (sleeps four). The main level king master suite has jacuzzi, steam shower, TV, and DVD. The third level has a sitting area and a master suite with queen-size aspen log furnishings.

Great Location, Comfortable Property
Great Location, Comfortable Property
Property is in a great location for beginners and experts alike, a short walk through the woods, then ski down to Peak 8 base. Easy walk to shuttles, gondola. House is comfortable, clean and spacious. My only complaint is that some upgrades/maintenance are needed. Stove and microwave are old, but functioning. Several small things in general disrepair. The toilet in our bathroom did not flush. Called the property manager, who came over with a plunger, then told us not to "put too much in it" and he'd have to call a plumber. We did not hear from anyone the remainder of our trip and could not use the toilet. Hopefully this is corrected by now. Overall we had a great stay and the location was perfect.

We apologize for the misfortune of a clogged toilet during your stay..... We are happy to report that all 4 bathrooms are in working condition, since your stay. We have had no complaints or requests for maintenance. Some of these water conservation toilets require as little TP as possible. All comments we have received about our management until this have described them as incredibly responsive. I did bring your concern to her attention. It has been our plan to replace the old stove, but so far have felt since it is a high quality Wolf brand we'd wait a little longer and maybe gut the kitchen in the next off season or two. We hope you come back to The Breck Lodge to enjoy another mountain vacation! Thanks for staying with us!
