This premier, two bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in the heart of East Beach Village. There is a fully equipped, completely renovated, kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room; perfect for entertaining. There is a Flat screen television and DVD player in the living room as well as flat screen televisions in each bedroom and the cottage also has wireless Internet. There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer located in the kitchen. The cottage is a short walk to the beach, brand new East Beach Pool and the Market. Pets are not allowed.
Guests at this cottage also have complimentary use of the Kiawah Island Golf Resort's Night Heron Pool's and new in 2012, Kiawah Island Golf Resort's brand new East Beach Pool, and Tennis Club pool. Also available to guests at this villa is a fitness center, complimentary door-to-door island-wide shuttle service, 24/7 front-desk assistance, discounted golf and preferred tee times at the five world-renowned Kiawah Island golf courses (including The Ocean Course, site of the 2012 PGA Championship!) preferred reservations and discounted tennis court time, and preferred reservations at the Sanctuary spa and restaurants.
Discounts are available for guests interested in renting bikes - perfect for riding the more than 30 miles of paved bike trails that meander throughout the island.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and a completely renovated, private bathroom. You also have a gorgeous lagoon view.
The guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a flat screen TV.
The living room is beautifully appointed with luxurious furnishings.
Off of the dining area you will indulge in a wonderful screened porch with a table and seating for six, perfect for viewing the beautiful lagoon. There is also an open air porch to capture all of Kiawah’s nature!
This kitchen has everything a chef would ever need! Stainless steel appliances, fine cabinets, lush granite and generous molding throughout!
Use of the cottage includes all linens and towels. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the villa for your convenience.

Beautifully renovated villa. Top quality renovation and furnishings. A three minute walk to the beautiful beach. Can not say enough about how much we enjoyed this stay in Kiawah Island. Our weather was sunny, in the upper 70's low 80's. Golf was awesome...played the Ocean Course, it was just wonderful!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.
