Quiet scenic location with all conveniences very close. We were looking for a place fairly close to the beach but nice enough to walk around, play tennis and "veg". The unit has plenty of room and is on a quiet 2nd floor. Everyone was very friendly in the area, which was good for our child, who was 9 at the time. The owner is responsive and very good to deal with. Would recommend for anyone who likes the Coligny Square area but who still wants to be able to move around on the island quickly. Easy access to the toll road or the regular blvd.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. We rented bikes for the week and were able to ride them almost everywhere we went, the location is great! The unit was clean, kitchen was spacious, and beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with.
Recommended for:Families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful with our transaction. The condo is in a beautiful community and was nicely decorated. The only problems we had were that it appeared to have not been inspected prior to our arriving and their were quite a few spider webs throughout the home and dead bugs. Other than those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would use again.
Owner response:All guests are encouraged to contact us immediately upon arrival and during their stay so we can take care of their needs while they are our guests. This guest chose not to do so. We take pride in our beach vacation home and expunge the villa of "critters" a beach property attracts on a regular basis. The villa is cleaned between stays and cleaned again if not inhabited for more than 2 weeks. We apologize for the unwanted guests along with this desirable one.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing.

We strive to send helpful info for our guests regarding Hilton Head, our property, local interests, etc. Here's a comment from a guest comparing such from another vacation rental experience. Michael & Mary, We returned from PCBeach yesterday with our stay at a new condo we rented from an individual owner, such as yourselves. This particular owner did not supply helpful information AND their support representative in Florida was not helpful either. We appreciate your quality in such service. At this time we don't have any questions, but I'm sure to call before we leave. Regards, LVB

We recently returned from a nice vacation at the Bullerdick villa. We found everything we needed for a great vacation there and available to us. The living spaces are large and open. The beds and linens were very nice. If you stay there, be sure to have the bicycles delivered to the villa as the paths to the beach are a great way to travel!! We would certainly return to this property.

The property is nice. My only complaint is the lack of a beach parking pass for the Shipyard Beach. The walk to the beach is a bit much if you have stuff, ie, the stuff children like to take. The overflow parking is near to none. Other than that the property was fine and the pictures are pretty accurate....it is a bit more lived in than perhaps the pictures show. We love Hilton Head Island and find Shipyard Plantation to be very nice.

WE WERE INTRIGUED BY THE DECOR THEME AND CONCLUDED YOUR LITTLE GUY LIKES TO GO ON "SAFARI". IT WAS GREAT AND WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR 17TH STAY IN HILTON HEAD. WE COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE CONVENIENT LOCATION AND ASIDE FROM A SHORTAGE OF SHARP STEAK KNIFES (WHICH WE REMEDIED) THERE WAS NOTHING WANTING. WE HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A GOOD SUMMER FREE OF STRESS AND ALSO HOPE TO BE ABLE TO BOOK OUR FUTURE VISITS TO YOUR HILTON HEAD SUMMER HOME TO HELP US WITH OUR STRESS. THANKS AGAIN. Thanks Harold for the comments. We've freshened up several items (pots & pans, vacuum cleaner, and other items in the kitchen. We look forward to having you as our guests again soon!

We spent 2 weeks in March 2006 at Evian 158. The Bullerdick's have made it a beautiful villa with very tasteful decorating throughout. The peace and serenity of the area was absolutely gorgeous. We hope to occupy this unit in the future.

Just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed your beautiful Evian home at Hilton Head. We did our best to leave it the way we found it, so should have been easy for your cleaners to tidy up for your next guests. You have it decorated so beautifully and it sure felt like home for our two weeks. I'll definitely be in touch for our next trip to Hilton Head. Thanks again

My wife and I are delighted to now own Evian Villa 158. The former owner of 8 years, Peg Brassfield Welch, created a warm and inviting place for guests over the years. We plan to continue the tradition.

COMMENT FROM PREVIOUS OWNER"S GUESTBOOK. Date Entered: 07/23/04 Positive Rating Our vacation was June of 2004 and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. The Villa is as beautiful as the pictures show and the surroundings just as nice as the pictures also. It felt like home after a day or so. It's quiet, but there are many things to keep you and the children occupied. The beaches and the ocean were some of the cleanest I've seen on the east coast and the water was so warm, it was wonderful. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner and we are looking forward to returning hopefully next summer. It's a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time with your family. I would suggest this vacation spot to anyone who's looking for a beautiful, quite area to go on vacation.
