This is the place you have been looking for! This beautiful condo is on the top floor.....don't worry the elevator will make your stay nice and the view is totally beautiful and ready to be enjoyed. The top floor makes for a peaceful stay since there is no noise above you. The Gulf is breathtakingly beautiful with perfect white sand. Gulf House is located .6 miles East of the Highway 59 intersection, in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything and anything you want to do is within 5 miles, Family friendly shopping is within walking distance and plenty of shopping within 5 to 10 miles. Waterparks, Golfing, Fishing, The Track has water boats, race cars, bungee jumping, and more. The State Fishing pier is just a few minute walking distance from our condo. Awesome restraunts for dining are everywhere. The nightlife in gulf shores offers plenty of places for dancing, dining and romance. With breathtaking sunsets and ocean views. Also you can bike for miles on the biking lanes throughout the city.
From the moment you walk in this beautiful condo your worries should flee....From the three cable tv's, 3 dvd/ vcr's you will be able to relax on your vacation. Our condo is also equipped with FREE wireless high speed internet.

• DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS?
Yes. We will only rent for 3 or more nights. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• DOES YOUR COMPLEX HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
Yes, a swimming pool is located between the Condo and the beach.
• HOW WILL I RECEIVE KEYS TO YOUR CONDO?
There is a lockbox on the door of the condo. After full payment has been made you will be emailed a letter that has the code to the lockbox along with complete instructions.
• IS THERE A BEACH SERVICE THAT I CAN RENT AN UMBRELLA AND CHAIRS FROM?
Yes, there are several chairs and umbrellas for rent from a private company on the beach. You will need to check with them for pricing.
• I AM INTERESTED IN RENTING YOUR CONDO. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Email me. A rental agreement and request for payment will then be emailed to you. Payments by check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover can be processed on line automatically reserving your dates.
•WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is at 3:00 PM. Check out is at 10:00 AM.
•CAN I BRING MY PET?
No, our condo owners association will not allow guests to bring their pets. Besides, there is a $500 fine if you are caught with a dog on the beach.
•IS THERE AN INDOOR POOL?
No the pool is outdoors.
•WHAT FLOOR IS THIS UNIT ON?
This unit is on the 6th floor. Great view on balcony. Best view.

The condo was great and the accommodations very nice.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: I live in Birmingham, Alabama. I love living here, but I love the beach more. The condo is awesome with a great view. There are major updates to the condo like granite and new sinks. Thanks for the inquiry and hope to see you at the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Gulf House:
This property is great for vacation, the rates are the best around for the quality of the condo. It is situated exactly 1/2 mile down from the Hangout and exactly 1/2 mile up to the Gulf Shores State Pier. It is the next to the last condo toward the State Pier, which means if you want solitude it is a completely empty beach walk to the pier. If you want to people watch, hang glide, parasail, jet ski, it is a half of a mile walk on beautiful beaches to the Hangout.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Excellent view from the 6th floor. With underneath parking, and elevator right outside car door. Very family oriented condo, only 30 units in condo so plenty of room to spread out on the beach.
