The master bedroom offers a generous sized space and adjoining master bathroom with double sinks, large shower area, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, HD TV and an adjacent full bathroom that allows privacy for guests.
The office/den area is equipped with a computer, printer and high speed internet access.
Enjoy late afternoon 'happy hours' and evenings on the oversized covered back patio where you can dine with meals prepared on the outdoor stainless steel gas barbeque, read, lounge or just sit and watch the Arizona sunsets! A golf cart and two bicycles are available for tenant use.

About the owner: My wife and I are retired educators, have friends in the Merrill Ranch community and upon are initial visit were very much impressed by the friendliness of the people within the community! We have traveled throughout the United States and have found Arizona to be a unique living experience providing sun and golf throughout the year.

The active lifestyle is very appealing and the Union Center offers a variety of great opportunities in regards to fitness, education, participating in a multitude of activities and establishing new friendships.
Moreover Merrill Ranch offers warm weather, sun and golf, golf and more golf on a yearly basis.
