Truly escape the rigours of daily life at this beautiful and secluded house with breathtaking views of Tagomago Island and the peacefully blue Mediterranean sea. The house and property are located on a private peninsula, perfect for mooring a boat, swimming in the crisp blue waters, and snorkeling.
The house is a mere 20 meters from the ocean, in fact, there are few properties on the island which have waterfront access. Swim and relax in the sun in the day and study the stars on our enormous rooftop terrace by night. The house is furnished with Castilian antiquities and modern comforts. The finca is near the quaint hippy town of San Carlos, and just 25-30 minutes from the festive and world famous nightlife of Ibiza city.
The house has 5 bedrooms: bedroom no.1 has two single beds either attached or seperated and shares a bath with bedroom no.2 which has 1 single bed. Bedroom no.3 has 2 single beds and private bath. Bedrooom 4 has a queen size bed and private bath- perfect for a cook or babysitter, as it is attached to kitchen. On the top floor, there is bedroom no.5 with two individual beds, private bath and opens up to huge rooftop terrace with breathtaking views.
We have never installed a pool because you would never use it- you have the most glorious blue waters right at your feet!
We have been told from Ibiza connoisseurs that this property is truly unique- it is for people looking to be on the island but who appreciate privacy and natural beauty- those looking for an authentic Ibiza experience.
