First and foremost, a huge thanks to Richard for allowing us to stay in his gorgeous La Quinta home. The pictures do not do the home justice. From the beautiful mountain, course and lake views to the pool and ping pong tables to the fire pit to the surround sound system to the hot tub/pool this home is beyond perfect. Our favorite part was we were able to control the whole house (music, hot tub, fire pit, shutters, doors with the iPad)...so easy and fun to use! Our days were spent relaxing by the pool listening to music and bbqing while the nights were spent in the hot tub by the fire pit. The bedrooms were all perfect especially the master with an oversized master bath. Amazing! Also, it was great how the doors opened up completely to the outdoors. We were lucky enough to have "cooler" weather so we were able to have the open the whole day. The house is so close to everywhere we needed to go as well...grocery, restaurants, etc. Without a doubt, we would stay here again. This was our 4th time in La Quinta and by far our #1 home. Richard was great to work with as well...highly recommend staying here and dealing with him again! This was our first rental experience on VRBO, so were a bit nervous at first. But Richard, the owner, was just excellent throughout! The house is amazing!!!! You don't have to be a golfer to feel like you are in heaven here. Everything you could possibly want is here - the view is spectacular, and the backyard provides privacy. The kitchen and house furnishings are exquisite and have everything you could possibly want. We were more than comfortable, and had such a great time! By the way, the photos are great, but the house is even better than the pics. This place is an experience not to be missed!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

BEST HOUSE EVER......Our group of friends have stayed at many VRBO homes and nothing compares to this one. Wonderful sunset views on the patio, beautiful pool and jacquzzi and lakeside setting. Even caught a few Bass in the lake. Planning to go back again in a few months.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

We visit the La Quinta area often and have stayed at a number of different homes through VRBO, but I had to write to say this was the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. It had all the amenities one could want. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and the spice rack was well stocked with anything we needed to create a gourmet dinner. Directions were clear as to how everything worked which made our stay easy and stress free. So, thank you for letting us share your lovely home with us, for a week we definitely felt like we were in paradise. We will be back for sure.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

My Family and I absolutely loved our stay at this ultimate Vacation Rental! The house was immaculate, warm, and so comfortable that we felt right at home. Gorgeous tropical pool and jacuzzi, state of the art music control throughout the house, Wifi, Netflix, HBO, separate AC thermastats in all bedrooms, 3 fire places and a firepit... and candles everywhere- WOW!! Also, this house is centrally located to restuarants, golf, tennis, fitness center and close to Old Town LaQuinta. Romantic and elegant yet, perfect for a Family too. Thank you for the best vacation we've had in a looong time. :) We will definitely be back ASAP.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.
