This special Tree House cabin is completely remodeled. Walking distance to the private Burnt Mill Beach Club and the Village, the Tree House is conveniently located to all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer.

All of our cabins are completely remodeled and have all of the modern amenities without losing the rustic charm of a mountain retreat.
Included with this rental is a guest pass to both the Burnt Mill and Tavern Bay private beach clubs at Lake Arrowhead. Approximately 1,200 sq. ft. Views of the forest from every room. Brand new gourmet kitchen with knotty alder cabinets, granite counter tops, slate stone backsplash, new appliances, recessed lighting in the knotty pine ceiling. Wireless internet access and cable.
At these great prices, you can afford to take the whole family to the mountains. Conveniently located near the Village of Lake Arrowhead and driving distance to the ski slopes of Snow Valley, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain.
ENTRY LEVEL: Gourmet kitchen with brand new knotty alder wood cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel sink, dishwashers, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen includes breakfast bar with barstools. Dining room adjacent to the kitchen and family room. Family room with large pull-out couch and wood burning fireplace. New Samsung flat screen TV in family room. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds that will sleep 4. Pull-out sofa bed with full-size mattress in the family room. Full bathroom located on the main level as well.
UPPER LEVEL: Two bedrooms on the upper level. Queen size beds in each room with views of the forest. One room overlooks the family room below and the floor to ceiling wall of glass.
OUTSIDE: Over 1,000 sq.ft. of deck surround the Tree House. Propane BBQ and ample seating on the rear deck. Outdoor Bar with barstools nex to the BBQ area. Separate Gazebo area has a custom made dining table and chandelier that makes it the perfect retreat for outside dining amongst the forest.
WINTER: Streets are snowplowed regularly throughout the Winter season.
TRASH and CLEANING: We have weekly curbside trash removal and plenty of trash cans so you don't have to haul away your trash like some rentals. The cleaning fee covers all linens, towels and general cleaning. Just leave the beds unmade, put the used towels in the tub, clean the dishes in the dishwasher and put the trash outside and you are good to leave with minimum hassle.

This vacation cabin is quiet, charming and has huge deck and BBQ area. It is very clean and nice inside and out. There is a table in the gazebo area that must seat about 12 or so easily - it was great for our large extended family and we really had time to have a great meal outside and play cards into the night. One night we decided to walk to the village - took ten or fifteen minutes - nice to get out of the car after driving all day. This cabin is well stocked and I loved the knotty pine interior - the condition of the cabin exceeded my expectations - like new condition. If I had owned a cabin - this would be it. Renting was easy and no hassle at all - one phone call and it was confirmed and the vacation was all set. My family and kids want to go again soon. Enjoy the Tree House and Arrowhead. Great times and memories.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for on a Saturday night and it was awesome! We took a short walk to the village in the evening, had some awesome mexican food and saw a free live band. Super fun night and a very nice stay. The deck was nice to sit on and relax and there is big table enough for 16 people to sit around.. awesome for just hanging out. an awesome time!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We purchased the Lake Arrowhead Tree House in the spring of 2102 and completely remodeled the entire cabin with all of the special amenities that we wanted in a second home. With just a short commute from home, we love getting away to the serenity and fresh air of the mountains.

There is a propane BBQ, outdoor bar and a gazebo with a custom made square picnic table that can comfortably fit 12-16 people for outside dining.
