Welcome to Sunset South! This ocean block unit is located only 40 feet from the sand to the beautiful sandy beach. It is located on 68th street ocean block side. I provide all the bed linens, towels, wash clothes, pillows, blankets, cleaning supplies, iron and board, hair dryer,vacumn cleaner, plus some beach chairs and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully equipped,coffee maker,micowave,dishes,pans,etc.
There is NOT a cleaning service, so you are responsible for thoughly cleaning the unit prior to leaving. The linens are to be folded and left on the beds, towels put away. The washer dryer is in a locker downstairs and they are FREE!.
This building is family oriented. We do not allow loud music or parties. We want everyone to enjoy themselves. Smoking is not allowed in the unit; use the balcony.
There is one assigned parking space and free on street parking. There is a washer and dryer located in the downstairs locker. This is a two level Condo building with only 10 units. Yours is on the first floor with parking under the building. There is a balcony with chairs and table. The unit has a queen bed and color remote TV in the master and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom.
A large screened TV with VCR and dvd player in the living room. The unit is well maintained and modern. New carpet and Living Room furniture this year. You will be well pleased with your stay!!

Our first impression was how clean the unit was. I am very particular in using bedding at rentals and expected to have to clean the mattress covers. This was not the case. They were very clean and ready for us to put our bedding on. The shower was thoroughly cleaned and my 3 young boys had no issues taking showers. We also enjoyed the use of the hose to clean our 3 boys thoroughly after long days at the beach. Even better was the use of the lockers in the garage so nothing sandy had to be brought in. With having 3 boys, it was important to me to be able to cook each night. We were able to enjoy all our meals such as steak and chick parm with spaghetti. All the necessary equipment was provided in the fully stocked kitchen. At the end of our stay, cleaning was simple as all supplies necessary to do the job were available. Cindy was more then accommodating and available for any questions we had. She also checked in on us to make sure everything was up to our liking. We cannot wait to stay again as the convenience was unbeatable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I have used this condo as our vacation home for many summers. The condo is modestly appointed, but very comfortable and clean. The location is a definite plus. It takes only 5 mins. to walk to the beach, which is never overly crowded. There are many amenities close by - miniature golf, good restaurants, Rita's ice cream!! Parking is easy underneath the garage and on the side street. The owner goes out of her way to be accomodating to all who stay there. The price is also very affordable! We have always found our vacations at this condo to be our "beach therapy."Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family rented is condo. It was the worst experience we have ever had! When we arrived this non smoking unit reeked of smoke and mold. The smoke detector did not work (nor did the "new" one the owner had installed), the air filter was trashed and had not been changed in god knows when and it was being held up by a live electrical wire wrapped around the a/c unit. The shower was moldy and filthy and the non skid on the tub was worn and 3 yr old fell, the frig was dirty and I had to wipe it down, all of the vents were dusty and I vacuumed those along with the dusty baseboards. The kitchen was supposed to be "fully equipped" but lack the essentials. (had to purchase things) The mattress pads had brown stains on them and had to purchase new ones. We were bitten at night by some type of bug, our fear was bed bugs, local health dept. determined it was possibly fleas. We had to fumigate the unit. Also, the outside railing was loose and damaged. The view was misrepresented. There were no shades on master window and had to hang a sheet to keep light out. The owner was marginally responsive to our request for repairs and cleaning and refused to pay for our fumigating costs.
