This is a beautiful, Elegant and spacious, Non-Smoking villa, 3052 square feet.
Our comfortable villa has a lovely private pool is fully screened with dinning patio set, 6 chairs for outside dinning.
Perfect for relaxing after a day at the Parks or on the golf course also has High Speed Wireless Internet and Dish Network cable for your preferred program.
The bedroom set up is as follows.
Space for 12 guests.
The 1st floor
1- Master en-suite (full bathroom )with Queen size bed
The 2ND floor
1- Luxury master en-suite with King size bed
1- Bedroom with queen bed
1- Bedroom with queen bed
1- Bohemian Bedroom, preferred by our guest with floor(carpet) King mattress.
Room requested by our guest for the security of the babies while sleeping.

Our beautiful villa is distributed in the following way:
The first floor
Master room with bathroom, this one has a queen bed and a LCD-TV.
Has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, dishes and utensils, cookware set, glassware, flatware and kitchen dinning set with 6 chairs.
In this area we have large and comfortable family room, with a long sectional leather sofa and a 61” TV.
Elegant and formal Living and dinning room with dinning table with 8 chairs.
also a laundry with front-loading washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, bed pillows and sheet sets.

The Second level
Has a large elegant master bedroom, king size bed with LCD-TV, including a separate tub and shower.
This level also has 4 more bedrooms
In this area we have another bathroom with tub/shower.
All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan and central air condition.
The second level also has other convenient family room with a sectional sofa and TV, to be near the children while they sleep.

We chose this house due to the fantastic setting within Wildflower Rd the proximity to all the theme parks, restaurants and shops. The setting is peaceful and so beautiful, perfect for relaxing, after a hard day enjoying Florida's best attractions. The community offers the security and peace of mind that is important to us as a family while away.
Also this home was selected because of it's fantastic location just off the highway I-4. It is convenient to all of the attractions, but far enough away from the highway to be quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood is attractive with each home having its own distinct look, is kept nice, and is a place we can call 'home'.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We wanted a West facing pool because we get the sun on our deck and pool from mid-morning until the beautiful sunsets most nights, year round.
