Our 1400 square foot condominium is located in lovely northeast Scottsdale within walking distance of the McCormick Ranch Golf Course. Located on the ground floor of a beautifully landscaped two-story complex adjacent to a greenbelt. Both the living room and the master bedroom walk out onto a private, saltitto-tile patio having a gas grill and sitting area.
Both the master and second bedroom have king-size beds and private bathrooms, one with a tub/shower, the other with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom/office has a twin sleeper sofa and a desk equipped with high speed Internet and a fax machine/printer- just bring your own laptop! The well-equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare a gourmet meal or if you prefer the Condo is a short distance to numerous restaurants! The dining room seats six while the kitchen seats four. A washer and dryer are conveniently located near the bedrooms. You car can be safely parked inside our two car garage located 20 feet from the back-door.
A vacation paradise- there are over 100 golf courses within a five to 30 minute drive. Enjoy climbing beautiful Camelback Mountain or simply enjoy its view with a long walk along the many miles of paved and marked paths throughout McCormick Ranch. World-class restaurants and shopping are minutes away or try your luck at one of three local casinos. Relax at one of two pools or a Jacuzzi within 50 feet of our front door. The only thing missing is you!

The sun always shines in Arizona! We fell in love with Arizona the first time we visited. Scottsdale has beautiful mountains (to climb or just to enjoy looking at!), fabulous golf courses, a wonderful walking & biking trail, art galories, shopping, restaurants - something for everyone! We are 4 hours from the Grand Canyon & 2 hours from Sedona - it's a great location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are two beautiful swimming pools in our complex - one is right across the street from our condo. Our patio is spacious, private & a very relaxing place.
