Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club is an upscale, gated bundled golf community that offers a 27 hole championship course designed by Gordon Lewis and Paul Azinger. The course is in beautiful condition and much of it abuts a nature preserve. There are also 7 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with stadium seating for tournaments.
The Club House is a 27,000 square foot facility with two restaurants, men's and ladies' locker rooms, saunas, a billiards room, card rooms and a Golf Pro Shop. Dinner dances, entertainment and cocktail hours are held at the Club House and at the Chickee Hut by the main pool.
This Country Club also boasts a state or the art Fitness Center, spa/salon services, 7 satellite pools, a resort style main pool with an outdoor restaurant and a hot tub. There are bike trails, an aqua driving range, 3 practice putting and chipping greens and a practice bunker.
The Barrington style second floor condo is in one of only two Veranda buildings to face the nature preserve. It has a diningroom, an eat in kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel applicances, and crown moulding. There are two bedrooms and two baths, The den has pocket doors for privacy and has a queen size pullout bed. Unique to Verandas are two lanais. Both of the lanais have ceiling fans for comfort and relaxation any time of day. the front lanai receives the morning sun and the back one overlooks a lake, the 16th tee box on the Cypress Course and the lovely nature preserve.
