The Ledges is one of the most popular Condominium complexes at the Lake of the Ozarks, Ours is a deluxe top floor loft unit with a great view. The first floor has: two bedrooms with a king bed in one and Queen bed in the other, two full baths, full kitchen, dining and living areas with fireplace, laundry with washer and dryer, deck with grill and new crank-out awning so you may control the sun how you desire, as well as a covered front porch.
The second floor has a third bedroom and bath including a bunkbed, play area, TV and VCR, along with a toy closet for the kids. Loft area has an additional queen bed, twin bed with additional trundle mattress, leather reading chair, lamp, and exercise bike.
This condo features four TVs, three VCRs, DVD, and CD player with home theatre surround sound,
speakers on the deck, shelves of VHS movies, board games, puzzles, fishing equipment, and even a paddle boat you can use. Just bring yourself, food, drink, and a few clothes. (Everything here even the nicest restaurants are casual).
Our personal unit we use when we are down, new in 1999 and furnished well for us to be comfortable in. Lots of tile and upgraded furnishings. Located just above one of two pools and above Sand Swim Beach with Swim Dock and Sand Volleyball. Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery, and I even walk sometimes to Sycamore Creek Golf Course.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS IS APPRECIATED. |
