The 180 degree VIEW from east to west across the Santa Margarita Canyon and Tuscan style hills of groves and orchards in the distance transport you to another world. The large picture widows, expansive deck and patio areas allow for relaxed viewing of nature and entertaining posibilities. This home is quiet ,peaceful and relaxing, yet you are close to any necessity one would desire in our friendly Village of Fallbrook.
Northern San Diego county is known for it's beautiful warm yet comfortable weather with ocean breezes embracing the orchards and avocado trees that are abundant. Once a full time producing avocado ranch, the home is now a gathering place for all who need to relax, gather friends and family in celebration, and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery of this country. Perfect for a couple, two couples, snowbirds and family gatherings. Enjoy coastal breezes, incredible sunrise and sunset views, and marvel at the rolling hills of lush avocado groves, vineyards, ancient oaks, equestrian and walking trails, riparian areas, nature preserves and a incredible Mediterrean climate.
A short 18 mile drive to the Pacific Ocean, Fallbrook is a small agricultural community in Northern San Diego County known as the Avocado Capital of the World. It is also becoming known for it's many art galleries, antique shops, local wineries and boutiques. Quality golf courses are only a minutes away along with casino gaming, top name entertainment and fine dining establishments.
It is known for its perfect weather boasting 300 days of sunshine with an average year round temperature of 71 degrees. Warm days and cool nights are ideal for fabulous year round golfing and many outdoor activities. Long term snowbirds and our international friends who wish to escape their winters are very welcome. We accomodate a full size RV parking area at the home with easy in/out and electric hook up.
The home is minutes to Interstate 15 making the location convenient for day trips to all major Southern California attractions such as the world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, Lego Land, Mission Bay, Del Mar Race Track and beach, Coronado Island, Balboa Park, PetCo Field, Coastal Beaches, Temecula Wine Country, Julian and San Bernardino Mountains, Palm Springs, Camp Pendleton as well as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm in Orange County area, Universal Stuidios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills in Los Angeles County.
Travel times are approximately 45 minutes or less to all San Diego attractions, 30 minutes to Coastal Beaches and Mountains, 60 minutes to Disneyland and 90 minutes to the Los Angeles and Palm Springs area. You can reach the home from 5 airports: San Diego, Ontario, Orange County, Long Beach, and LAX.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Ranch. It is spacious, and very well maintained. Our family vacationed here during the Christmas break, and Anita couldn't have been nicer ane more helpful. The views here are breathtaking and was close enough to drive to the many attractions on our agenda. We loved the cozy atmosphere of being in a home instead of a crowed motel. We were lucky enough to eat some fresh oranges off the tree right out the front door. That was an added bonus. It is quiet and seculeded and you feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. A very lovely place that we will definantly stay again and tell our family and friends about. I would recommed this property to all who enjoy time away from home. Thanks again Anita....we loved our stay:)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We could see from the photos that this looked like a nice home with a good view, but had no idea what a spectacular panorama awaited as we entered the front door. We had a great month in a really nice home located up a secret little driveway. The home was warm and comfortable, the view was unbelievable, and Fallbrook turned out to be a terrific community with a small town feel. All kinds of great, little family restaurants with excellent food. Two golf courses within minutes of The Ranch. If you're a golfer, you'll love Fallbook. And, of course, Anita and her sister were gracious hosts that had prepared a special welcome for us when we arrived. Thanks to Mae's girls. We lovedRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway.
