The villa has a panoramic view in front of the ocean and the most beautiful Caribbean island (Pinel Island, Tintamarre, Little Key, Green Cay, St Barth). Placed on north east of ST MARTIN, close to shops, gastonomic restaurants of Grand Case , Orient Bay and Anse Marcel, with a private swimming pool, and all services provided from this new villa built in 2008 . All this make it as a nice spot to send great holidays(4 to 6 persons).

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher,microwave, gas cooker, extractor fan,coffee maker , toaster.All kitchen utensils as well as a complete set of dinner ware and cookery are available .

The comfortable corner sitting is set up next to the terrace and the best place to watch satellite TV on wide flat screen ( 60 channels with cartoons and adults channels) equipped with hardware player,full access internet WiFi ( sleeper sofa, 1 arm chair ) .
The master bedroom equipped with A/C DAIKIN:
Bed (queen size),cabin gives a shower with massants jets,satellite TV with 60 channels for the family (DVD ,divix key usb player).
The 2nd bedroom equipped also with A/C DAIKIN
Bed (queen size),cabin gives a shower with massants jets.You have at your disposal in this room a baby crib .
The 3rd bedroom equipped also with A/C DAIKIN:
Bed ( king size), velux ,one desk with 2 chairs,a bathroom with WC.
You have also another private WC , and a washing machine.
The terrace and the private swimming pool:
2 lounge chairs , 1 dining table and four chairs , 1 barbecue grill.
To go to the beach , you have a sunbrella and 2 beach chairs .

We were w couple and 2 singles so the 3 bedrooms worked out well. We used the kyacks to visit Pinel Island. We received directions to villa after landing and someone met us. We used washing machine worked fine. Pool was nice for relaxing. Very convenient location for visiting the great restaurants on Grand Case. Liked the indoor outdoor feel and secure locking when away. The view is terrific!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and our 21 month old son, stayed here for two weeks in July. It was very nice! We travel a lot and have stayed at several villas through out the Caribbean. This Villa really had everything we could have wanted and needed! (including Baby gear-highchair and crib, some pool toys) it was very clean and well kept, it was great to have the pool and to be able to use the kayaks to go to Pinel Island! It was a quiet area and still close to restaurants and the grocery store. We would for sure recommend this villa and would love to go back and stay again! Thanks for a wonderful time!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a very nice, clean villa that easily sleeps 6 and has TVs in 2 rooms. The pool and deck are nice features and are completely private, and the view is fantastic night and day. It is not a 5 minute walk to Orient Beach - it's a 5 minute drive. The best large grocery store on the island is also only 5 min by car. You will need a car if you stay here, but IMO you'll need a car regardless of where you stay on St Martin - if you want to visit more than one beach and town, it will be easier, more convenient and less expensive by car than by taxi. There's a good tennis club right down the street - and the beach on Pinel Island is fantastic - quiet, beautiful water, easy to get to by kayak or ferry, and has a bar and restaurant. If you only visit Orient beach while in St Martin, you'll miss out on some quieter, nicer beaches that give a very different experience from an American beach. The house is nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all needed amenities (from WiFi to beach towels). There is a spectacular view from the pool deck, which is private and nicely landscaped. This was our favorite place to relax. It is partly covered for those who prefer shade. Access to the owner's kayaks is a nice bonus. They are stable, 2-man kayaks and are docked a very short walk from the house. There is a grocery store just down the road, and sandy beaches and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The owners are very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time on our vacation and would highly recommend VRBO 261582 to anyone planning a visit to St. Martin.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Apartment was truly less than 5 minutes from the beach - easy walk, convenient to go back and use the facilities and eat lunch. Also, apartment included beach towels and chairs, which was an added convenience and cost saver. I had considered two other locations and much preferred Orient Beach to the others - larger, deeper beach, with beach activities rather than extensive boating, docks, harbor. The bed in the living room was very comfortable and there was a second single bed upstairs in addition to the double bed, which is shown in the photos. The apartment was on the second level and a key was required to access the stairs so there was an added level of security. There are several nice restaurants located across the street from the apartment (French cuisine to pizza) with complimentary shots of very nice rum after each dinner. The owners, who live close by, were also very nice. In addition, there was a mid-week cleaning service that was scheduled at our convenience. Grand Case (and a nice grocery store - U.S. Import) was only minutes away with more shopping and dining, and a butterly enclosure and horseback riding were only minutes in the other direction. Driving directions were in the French style not what Americans are accustomed to, but the island is small so things are not hard to find.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
