Year Purchased: 1991
About the owner: We moved to Rolling Oaks in 1991. It's been a wonderful place to raise our large family. The vineyard was planted in 2001, we have Syrah and Zinfandel vines. With all of our children grown and starting families of their own. We thought why not do a wine country rental? We are looking forward to sharing what we feel is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Why the Owner Chose Santa Rosa:
We feel so fortunate to live in Sonoma County. We are right in the middle of everything; the wine country, close to the ocean, lakes, the redwoods. We have Safari West, Annadel & Sugar Loaf State Park, the Russian River, Luther Burbank Gardens, Snoopies Ice Arena, and Jack London State Park to name just a few great spots. We are only an hour from San Francisco. It's wonderful that Sonoma County now has our own airport just 15 minutes from here.
