Ground floor unit in a private community.

For the golfer, there are over 100 golf courses within 60 minute drive. When you return from a long day on the course, walk out your back door to swimming pool and jacuzzi. Don't feel like cooking? There are more restaurants than golf courses, so you can always find the right one for your tastes.

For the family, the Surfside Beach is a 5 minute drive, and the Surfside pier provides a great place to do a little fishing. Want to take a break today? Then let the kids swim in the pool out back, you can take a soak in the hot tub, and cook dinner on one of the barbecue grills.

Plenty of family activities 20 minutes North at Broadway at the Beach with shopping, movies, Nascar miniature race track, Ripley's Aquarium, and much more.

For mom and dad's entertainment there is also Planet Hollywood, Hardrock Cafe, and other numerous clubs in the Broadway complex.
For mom, besides the Broadway complex, there is outlet shopping 20 minutes north in Myrtle Beach area, and during summer months a flea market a little south that is open 7 days a week, that all the locals visit.

Also to the south about 15 minutes is Murrells Inlet. One time home to the writer Mickey Spilane, it is the fishing capital of the South, and home to some of the best seafood around, as well as some great waterfront bars.

Great day trips to such sights as the U.S.S. North Carolina in Wilmington, NC., or the historic city of Charleston, SC. Along the way to Charleston you may want to take a stop at Boone Hall Plantation, where the opening to Gone with the Wind was filmed. Closer to home is Brookgreen Gardens, a beautiful botanical garden filled with statues, and wonderful landscaping.

  • I would recommend this condo for any family that want a home away from home vacation it was wonderful having the pool right outside the door. The condo was clean, rooms were just the right size for my stay I will be staying again next year for sure. I told all my family about the place and Iam syre they will using it to. And again Thank yopu to the owners who were so nice to me.

  • We really enjoyed the condo, it was just the right size, and loved having the pool right out side the door, and it was never over packed. It was will supplied, and clean. Very close to everything. The Homeowner was very nice, and was flexable with our needs, and time frame. Thanks for having us at your home away from home.

  • We take a large family vacation every year & this was the first year we had rented w/out using a real estate agency, so I was a bit apprehensive. No need to be. We found this condo to be clean, updated, comfortable, nicely furnished, in a very quiet, relaxing setting. The pond is very close. Daily we would feed the turtles. We also found the pool and hot tub to be clean & well maintained. Just minutes to the beach, but yet privacy & quietness. If we travel to this area again, we will definitely consider this condo again.

  • This was my second year vacationing in South Carolina in the Surfside Beach area. I found the accommendation of the condo very comfortable. It has all the comfort of home with the luxury of feeling pampered. The setting is very relaxed and quiet. There a small pond where the fish, frogs and turtles swim, the lawns are manercures, the pool and the jacuzzi are maintain daily. I highly recommend this vacation sight to a couple for a quiet get away or for a family vacation. I am looking forward to spending another vacation at Surfside Beach South Carolina
