$999/week-- Credit Card payments are accepted through Pay Pal only- Thanks!
50% Deposit-non-refun due with reservation and balance due 10 days before arrival.
Mid June- Aug Full weeks only - Partial weeks at management discretion.
Pets are welcome but a $45-55 per stay fee will apply (non-refundable).
Pet owners are responsible to pay for or repair any damage by pets.
A security deposit of half the rental amount is due with Final Payment.
Security deposit refunded after unit has been inspected by management.
