I have recently vacationed in Florida and stayed at this beautiful house. The house was exactly as described by the owner. It was clean and well maintained. There was a pool there that was so nice and warm and we swam in it everyday. The neighbourhood was quiet and the neighbours were very helpful and friendly. My daughter took advantage of the community tennis and basketball court which were well maintained also. The owner of the property was available by phone, to answer all questions that we had. We are from Newfoundland, Canada and because this was our first trip to Florida it was nice that the house was close to all the parks, shopping,restaurants and other amenities and getting to these places was so easy. We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely house. It is very spacious and clean, and has everything in it to make you feel at home. The beds are comfortable and roomy and are decorated so beautifully. The towels are fluffy and plentiful. The TV/ phone system is excellent and the grandchildren enjoyed the xbox. The pool was well used and the patio was nice to sit out on and view the natural bush behind the house and to bask in the sun. The location is very quiet, but there are many shops and attractions close by. We loved it, not only for the proximity to Disney (which our grandkids enjoyed) but to other areas like the Celebration area where there are lots of good restaurants and a farmer's market on Sundays.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Thank you for providing this lovely home for my family to stay! We had a wonderful time. It was very relaxing after a busy day at Disney World which is nice and close. We saved thousands of dollars staying at your home instead of at the Disney Resort. The kids loved the pool, we had to drag them out of it! The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location is great for grocery shopping and eating out, we especially liked Chili's. We would definately recommend the house to all our friends and family. Can't wait to back again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this home with my family for our annual Disney Vacation. I must say that the entire process of getting the information we needed prior to booking, all the way to actually arriving and staying at the home was a pure delight! Peter was wonderful in responding in a timely manner and getting me all of the information we needed to make our decision. Such a joy to work with. When we arrived, everything was beautiful and comfortable. This year we had the luxury of a private swimming pool, however, my girls were so exhausted after spending their days at the Disney parks, that there was no energy left! There was no need to worry about anything, because Peter made himself available for any and all questions. I would definitely recommend this property if visiting the Disney area. We will definitely send a request to Peter once deciding on a date for our trip next year! This house provided the perfect Columbus day weekend for three couples, all in our 20's. The house was just as pictured, the rooms were absolutely perfect. Having the 3 full bathrooms was very helpful so that each couple shared one. The pool was perfect size and we spent many nights outside by the pool after a long day at the parks or enjoying local attractions. Everything is very close proximity! We rented a car and loved going to Celebration, Orlando, and Kissimee at our own leisure. ]The binder of information at the house was very useful!! We will absolutely be back. Everything about our stay was enjoyable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Peter, Thank you for opening your home to our family. We had an extraordinary time and felt right at home. Everything in the house was great and met my expectations. The home location was ideal and very close to all the Disney attractions. I was pleasantly surprised to find a crib for our one year old, a pack & play and an umbrella stroller, all of which we used! * The house was beautiful and was exactly like the listing photos. * It was extremely clean and well maintained. Very comfortable and felt like home. * The listing description was accurate regarding the location. * We especially loved the area it was located in because it was quiet but was close enough to the supermarket as well as restaurants. * The pool was covered and faced a lot of trees so there was privacy. * There was easy access to the freeway as well as the local attractions especially Disney World & Sea World. * I was able to get answers to any questions I had during my stay in a very timely manner. * I would definitely recommend this house to any of my friends or relatives. We definitely will stay here again when we are in the area. * It would have been nice to have a pool table or indoor hockey for the kids.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

From the moment of booking to the return of the security deposit, it was FIRST CLASS all the way. We were impressed with the entire process. The home was exactly as pictured and included everything promised. The pool was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and a blessing after a long day at the parks. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need- just like home. Our sons loved having their own rooms and we all had enough privacy since the rooms were separated. The closets were bug and roomy and they even left hangers. All of the furniture in the home was in new condition and well maintained. There was nothing lacking in this home. I thank Peter and this property mgmt company for helping us to have the best vacation ever. There were no worries and no surprises. It was nice to spent time there. It is close to the Disney and also to the Seaworld. The beaches are 1:30-2hours from the house. The swimming pool is enough big. We had a nice holiday in there. The house is clear and with towels and kitchen things. There is also posibility to use public house and playground. It is enought big for large or two families.Did you find this review helpful?
