We loved this house!! We went with our family of 4 and another family of 5. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The pool was well maintained. The kids had a blast swimming in it while we cooked dinner. The price was perfect. The location was excellent. Their is a small grocery store just a short distance away. We were only a short walk to the beach. The beach was amazing. The water was clear and calm. We could leave our chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. on the beach all week. It was nice that we didn't have to carry everything back and forth every day. We would love to come back next fall break!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family has vacationed often on the gulf coast and have stayed in many different condos and homes. This house was very well maintained and clean. All furnishings and applicances were clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the pool at our back door and the short walk to the beach. The master bedroom and bath is huge! The balconies were also nice for sitting outside. I would highly recommend this location for a get-a-way for families. Mexico Beach doesn't have the high rises and traffic congestion of Panama City and Destin. It is a quiet, quaint beach village that looks like it hasn't changed much from the '60s and 70s. It was a very pleasant travel back to the "way things use to be".Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Dan and I purchased this home in May after considering many. We absolutely love this one and decided to continue renting. Married 31 years, parents of 3 and grandparents of 5, we have enjoyed having our family join us in Mexico Beach and have created many special memories in this peaceful and spectacular area. We hope you will too!
Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach:
After vacationing in this quiet, sugar white sands of Mexico Beach we found this wonderful home located on the forgotten coast.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
After a day at the beach, refresh at the enclosed outdoor shower. What next? Patio, BBQ, and poolside that is not shared with anyone else. WHAT A GEM!!
