My husband and I visit the Seaside/Watercolor area a few times each year and took a group of friends this time. The house was amazing and they were all pleasantly surpised with what we picked! The best part was that each room had a king sized bed, and I have no idea why they don't do this for all rentals that have the space! It worked out beautifully and there were even 2 sets of bunks beds for a family with children. They told us the house was so new that they didn't have bikes yet but to our surprise there were plenty when we arrived! The management company was very accomodating and easy to reach. They also have a very helpful app for your phone or iPad. I would love to come back and lease this home again with friends!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
