This comfortable and convenient 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers everything you need for you and your family and friends to enjoy your Santa Barbara vacation. The master bedroom is upstairs with it's own bathroom. It has a Queen size bed with cotton sheets. There is also a 32' Hi Def flatscreen with premium cable. Plenty of closet space and a dresser along with a sitting area perfect for reading or relaxing complete this bedroom.
Downstairs, there is an open living area,with kitchen and dining . A 32' flatscreen sits atop an antique hutch. The 2nd bedroom has a Full size bed with a door that enters into the garden.
Both bathrooms have tiled shower/tubs, tumbled stone counter tops and tile floors. Plenty of towels and toiletries are in both bathrooms.
The kitchen has a gas stove and oven and all of the cooking and dining utensils you will need to enjoy any or all of your meals at home.
Outside, is your private backyard garden with outdoor seating, BBQ. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine after a day of fun in Santa Barbara!
The house comes with bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, small ice chest, and some beach toys for the little ones.
Washer and Dryer are also included.
Ample on street parking as well as 1 dedicated parking spot directly adjacent to the property.

We were the first to stay in this cottage and it couldn't have been better. The owner is extremely nice and welcoming...he really made you feel at home. His property is in a great location, it's well maintained, and very clean. It was great to be able to walk to State Street and to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property and I guarantee I will stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car.
