We stayed at this beautiful vacation home for Birkie weekend. The home is modern, yet very comfortable. Loved entertaining by the fireplace and enjoying the outstanding views. Great restaurants are close. Owner is very friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is a great one.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a great time at this property located off Mums Bay in Lake Namakagon. The home was a pleasant suprise. Different than some of the chalet style homes we have stayed in the past but served my families purpose perfectly. Nice central location allowed us quick access to any of the individual lakes making up this body of water. The firepit at the edge of the water was used each night of our stay. Fishing was great the one day with a nice 17' walleye, a small Musky, many small northers and one nicer one. My son even had a bass on for a short time but he got away. Thats the first bass I've seen out hereas they are kind of rare. Had a great time and we have recommended this home to a number of our family members. We will definately be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this cabin. Everything was the way the owner said it would be. The owners were very easy to work with and enjoyable to chat with. The only thing somewhat negative thing is that the mattresses are not that comfortable. You would be wise to bring your own pillows. Other than that - very enjoyable cabin and well worth the price.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Had a great time at Woody's Retreat-We have been coming to the area for years and Lake Namakagon is our favorite. We got lucky finding this cabin on short notice and the owners were super. Nice charming cabin and close to the lake. The kids had a great time swimming and plenty of Resorts around to rent a Pontoon which is always fun. Would definately come back!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

About the owner: My first trip to Lake Namakagon was all it took to fall in love with one of the most pristine and beautiful lakes Northwestern Wisconsin has to offer. We visited the area for a couple years and then the cabin owner fever hit us, and we had to buy. We enjoy privacy in our year round cabin. We gutted the cabin the day we moved in. Meet modern and rustic all wrapped up in this stylish cottage style cabin. Sitting in one of the calmest areas on the lake! Mumm's Bay is known for fantastic fishing. The cabin is 25' from the water, so you're constantly reminded of nature's beauty, whether cooking, dining or relaxing. A great family stay for sure!
