  Our vacation was awesome. Despite the weather not as perfect everything else was an A+. We have stayed in various places in Palmetto Dunes and this rental was top notch. It was very clean when we arrived and felt like home. It fit our family of four perfectly and was equipped with all our needs. We celebrated Easter and even had an Easter egg hunt in the lush backyeard. We enjoyed afternoons on the sunny back patio along with bbq'd hotdogs and hamburgers. Even on the rainy days we enjoyed cuddling up watching a few dvd's from the rental until the rain passed. Thank you and we look forward to staying again soon!

  This was my first visit to Hilton Head and was very enjoyable. My husband plays yearly in a national golf tournament and has rented several villas on the island. This property was very well decorated, clean, and in a great location. A five to ten minute walk can put you directly on the beach or at a restaurant or general store. A five to fifteen minute drive can have you visiting several shopping areas, local restaurants, and attractions. Most of the restaurants have take out or delivery which is great after a long day playing golf or at the beach. Our negotiation with the owner was very easy. He was always there if we had questions or comments. Our eight day stay was great and we hope to see you next year.

  The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, not luxury but quite adequate for a vacation. It was decorated attractively and extremely spacious for a two-bedroom unit. The location is very convenient to all of HHI's restaurants and activities and Palmetto Dunes has many amenities.

  The villa was so nice and cozy. My daughter and I took a fall getaway and chose to stay at Stephen's villa. We are frequent visitors to the island and this was by far one of the most enjoyable. The villa had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean. Location was perfect, Queen's grant is our most popular place to stay. Stephen was very hospitable from the beginning and we do hope to visit again!

  About three times a year my beloved gets an insatiable desire to walk on the beach and feel wet sand between her toes and we've used VRBO countless times. This was our best experience yet, which is saying alot. It's a beautiful cottage tucked away on a quiet cul de sac and only a moment's drive to the private beach and a frozen margarita. The furnishings are all top class, the linens and towels were great and the kitchen, completely equipped (and not with cast offs, dull knives and left over burned out no stick skillets: good stuff) lured us away from the resturaunts. The arial view does not do the property justice because the layout is such that we felt like we were completely alone. For a moment or two, thinking I was at the Inn at Palmetto Bluff, I almost picked up the phone to call room service. Great place, great owners, wonderful opportunity.

Weekly rentals are Sat to Sat. Partial weeks and weekends (Fri-Mon) considered based on availability. Typically less than 60 days in advance.
