This house was in a great neighborhood, it was clean, and they had provided everything we would need. They have thought of so many little things to make staying there pleasant and relaxing. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway.

House was very clean, pool unusable to cold, yard clean, bbq not the greatest, great location, video library was only 4 old DVD;s, basic supplies where in short order. As this was the owners first time renting she did very good . Needs wi.fi. I am happy to pay a little more for the extras. We have inquired about renting next year. Owner is very easy to work with. It would be better to heat the pool or close it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children.
Owner response: Dear Renter, Thank you for providing input on how to better serve the people who rent my house. The pool is part of what makes the landscaped backyard so amazing. To drain it and let it fill with debris would look terrible and the monthly maintenance would cost about the same as to refill and clean it when the weather warms up enough for it's use. It was clearly stated in the description of the property that the pool is not usable from Nov. through April. I realize that I should have given directions to the Red Box movie rental available less than 6 blocks from the house. Then you would have had access to your choice of movies. I'm not sure what you would have liked to see in the BBQ Area. It does have an upgraded Weber gas grill, a counter located nearby for setting food and a large table and chairs located under a covered patio area for outdoor eating. When I have rented homes, the owner was not responsible for providing anything other than a day of supplies. Everyone has their own taste, this allows you to purchase what you would like to have in your own home. I will be sure to clearly state in the agreement that minimal supplies are provided. As far as providing Wi-Fi, many people now have smart phones which allow them to do many of the same activities as on a laptop. The cost of Wi-Fi would increase the rental cost. It would be something that I would consider if enough people requested it and are willing to cover the expense. When I'm renting my house, I want to be sure I have everything in the home that would provide for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you for your review. I'm glad that you found your stay pleasant enough to consider my property for next year. Dianne Greenwood

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: Hello! I would love to share my home with you and your family. I can't wait until I am able to use it on a regular basis. There is so much to do in Arizona! It is a great place to go to escape the Minnesota winters. I am a native MN that grew up, raised my family and taught in Shakopee, MN. Live is full of unexpected twists and turns. I unexpectedly became a widow in 2006. Something like this makes you look at life differently. The purchases of my home in AZ was a bold move that I hope works out. I have spent a lot of time taking the house out of it's 1985 origins. I have set the home up so that it is a great place for a couple to spend time, but is ready for when the kids come to visit! I have 2 daughters that are married to great guys! My oldest daughter has 2 children, Taylor is 5 and Tanner is 1. My youngest daughter has 1 child with another on the way! Karly is 5 and will soon have a baby sister. I am currently living on Princeton MN which reminds me of the Shakopee I grew up in. I moved to Princeton because of a wonderful man in my live. We hope to retire soon and spend more time in AZ.
Why the Owner Chose Woodglen Square I:
What immediately attracted me to this property was the pueblo style with the adobe looking walls and the red tile roof. As a MN I have always loved the water, so the private backyard with the large pool was another draw. I loved the open floor plan. Entertaining is one of my favorite things to do and this home works wonderfully for that! My mother lives in Tucson, so it is great to have a place to go that is much closer to her. My family is very active, so it was important to be in an area that would give us plenty of choices on outdoor activities.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The home is located close to every amenity you could want, yet the backyard is completely private! It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it has a nice family feel with most of the homes occupied year around. The location is very central to the state. It is a 90 minute drive to Tucson. Go north and you can be in Flagstaff in under 3 hours. Sedona is 2 1/2 hours away. The Superstition Mts are within 20 minutes and are a great place to hike.
