A lovely Spacious and Bright luxury 85sq m Two Bedroom apartment that is in an excellent central location! Only a block away from the main beachfront promenade 'La Croisette'. Only 1 1/2min to Beaches, great Shopping, Cafes & Restaurants and only 5min walk to the Festival Hall. The Carre D'Or is the most vibrant and exclusive area in Cannes. *Note even whit its central location the Apartment is stil very Quiet & Calm! There is parking underground but you are so central you don't need it! It is situated on the 4th floor of a modern building with an elevator/lift. There is a front Balcony & a rear 7m loggia/terrace overlooking a garden- both areas are nice for drinks or al fresco dining. There is a new modern Air Conditioning system in both bedrooms and the living room. Internet & WiFi for laptops. A great holiday in Cannes
Thanks for a fabulous holiday. We loved your apartment; it's one of the best we've ever stayed in: it really has the "wow" factor and is extremely well equipped and furnished. The location is superb; we never used the car (but thanks for the use of the garage...), we just strolled to the beach, the shops and all the great restaurants and bars nearby. We wouild love to come back!

Amazing and sunny flat with 2 large bedrooms and a large living-room, 2 min from the beach. Quiet and very central, modern and very well equipped. Exactly what you need for a perfect stay in Cannes.
