Beautiful lakefront home convenient to Knoxville with a 1.5-2 hour drive to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The home is located approximately 3 miles from I-75.
Built in 2003, this spacious lakefront home sits on over 8 private acres. There are 5000+ square feet of living space including 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths on 3 levels. Whether you're reading in the sunroom, sunbathing on the upper deck, going on a nature walk or fishing, we're sure you'll enjoy you're time here.
We also have a metal and concrete double-decker dock. The top level has a large area covered in vinyl flooring for either sunbathing or leisurely watching the actiity on the lake. The dock also offers a boat lift. The house and dock are very close (less than 5 minutes by car or boat) to Twin Cove Marina: offering boat rentals, fuel, snacks, drinks, and restaurant. The closest launch for your boat or pwc is Twin Cove Marina.
Royal Blue OHV park is located about 10 to 15 minutes from the house for the more adventurous.

We love this property and will definitely be back. House is beautiful and very well maintained. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, which made for a wonderful vacation. House is large enough for several families to share without feeling cramped. House is extremely well insulated and quiet. Owners are very nice and made every concession to make our stay extra special. House is located on 8 beautiful wooded acres. House is located close to interstate and amenities, yet very secluded. We love Twin Cove Marina, which has live music every night on the weekends. If you are looking for an amazing get away at the lake, you will love this property! It also has a double decker dock with hydro lift. Kids enjoyed swimming and canoeing. We have owned vacation rentals in the past and have had good and bad experience renting through VRBO. We were trilled with this property and would definitely give it a 5 star rating!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
