As first time snow birds, we were concerned about everything they tell people to look out for and we can say that everything was 5 stars, from the listing description to accurate photos, clean property, helpful owners (they got back to us on all of our questons very promptly) and yes, we would recommend this property to friends and relatives. The unit had the view we thought we would have, the open floor plan provided us with a lot of space so that we did not feel that we were in a hotel room. The upgrades to the bath rooms and kitchen set this unit apart from others that we had looked at. And the health club was a big plus on the cold winter days when you wanted to take a swim or soak in the hot tub or do exercises in the gym part of the club. This is a great find for us and we look forward to our return trip to 3329 Villamare. It was so good, you really do not want to share it, you want to keep it for yourself-that is if we were selfish, this is a diamond fnd.

Your condo was great and exceedingly comfortable!!! It was incredibly clean and very child-friendly. It was an easy walk to the beach and pools. We were impressed with the sound buffering, too; I never heard anyone outside the condo or in the adjacent units. We would love to stay again. Next time we will plan to stay a week at least!

My family and I spent a week here in July and had a great time. The condo was clean and exceptionally nice. The complex was also exceptional and well maintained. The location is ideal being very close to many great restaurants and family activities. We would definitely return or a vacation in the future. The owners were also very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend renting this unit for your family beach vacation. p.s. my son especially enjoyed catching and releasing the turtles in the pond on the property. He was glad he brought his nets.

We really enjoyed the condo. The decor and finishes were up to date and beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking needs (pots, pans, dishes etc.) There was tons of storage space for clothes in the Master Bedroom. The utility closet in the kitchen had extra shelves which was great for food storage too. We enjoyed the the view from the condo balconies. The Villamare was a great property. Being right on the beach was great and it was close to the amenities of Palmetto Dunes (Shelter Cove, the general store, bike rentals, tennis). Also there is beach service right out front. We really enjoyed our trip.

Our renter said "We are here and having a blast! This is the loveliest condo we have ever rented here. The kitchen is so well appointed we think a chef has lived here. The beds are comfortable, we each have a TV, the bathrooms are gorgeous. Every morning, we sit on the deck to have coffee and chat while the sun comes up. We are close to the outlet malls and restaurants, even enjoyed restaurant express last night. Thank you for sharing this nice home with us. We have to check out tomorrow morning and that makes us all very sad. The three of us have had a wonderful sister retreat."

The condo was great, was nice and a great place to go to just to rest and relax. Close to the beach with a good view of the ocean. So nice to sit out and hear the waves early in the morning or at the end of the day. I would stay there again if going to Hilton Head Island.
