This condo is located within the Sandcastle Condominium, one of only 25 units in this complex. Sandcastle is on the south end of New Smyrna Beach, which is a non-driving portion of the beach. Our condo is located on the top floor (5th floor), on the north corner of the building. Complex has a private heated pool and spa, both located with excellent views of the beach.
Our unit has two master bedrooms, both with King size beds and a third bedroom with two twin beds. A third bath is located across the hall form the third bedroom and serves the living and dining areas as well. Second master and third bedroom share a private balcony, and their is a second balcony off the living area with direct frontage on the beach. Perfect for that early morning cup of coffee or late afternoon refreshment. With nearly 2000 square feet, this condo provides plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops and there is new tile and carpet in all of the living areas. Unit has one designated parking spot in the underground parking garage and additional surface parking is available.
New Smyrna Beach is only one hour from Orlando and about 30 minutes to Daytona Beach. The condo is just minutes from the Canaveral National Seashore, and there is plenty of shopping and restaurant choices in the area.
