If you have a car to get to the parks and enjoy quiet clean luxurious surroundings in the evening to relax, then this is the villa for you! We had a fabulous time, though the pool heat really wasn't needed during our stay, with temperature at around 88 f every day, the children had a fabulous time playing in the 'big bath'! Thank you to the owners for all their help organising our stay.

Amazing house, perfect for big family

This house was just perfect for a big family to rent. The place was clean and had a beautiful recreation area that our kids enjoyed. I would definitely consider renting this house again for future vacations in Orlando.

Not enough time!

My, oh my! We made a huge mistake not reserving this house for two weeks! One wasn't enough! Our time was spent waking early and rushing to the Disney parks and then not getting back until later in the evening. Had I known that my six year old was going to be more interested in swimming and hanging out in "her room" (the Mickey with bunkbeds) than actually going to Disney, I would have extended our trip! She loved, loved, loved the pool and we only had about an hour to enjoy the game room but could have spent lots of time in there. Our temps were in the 70's and 80's and we did ask for the pool to be heated which turned out to be a good decision. You wouldn't need heat in the day but at night it cooled down in the 50's and the pool felt great. The house is beautiful and is exactly as the pictures on this site portray. I was concerned about the location of this home since we always stay close to the 192/I-4 area and this was further down 192. The drive to Disney isn't that bad and it wouldn't keep us from returning to Seasons again. Roger was wonderful to work with and if you are on the fence about where to stay, I would strongly suggest reserving this house! You will love it!

Excellent home for family holiday

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks staying in this beautiful villa. There were 9 of us covering 3 generations aged from 6 to 70 years. We chose the property because of its central location to the 192 and access to all parks and routes to the coast and we were not disappointed. The view from poolside was relaxing and both the internal and external accommodation was to a very high standard. The games room was invaluable for the children while the adults watched the Olympics after a long day out and about. We have travelled to Florida annually since the early 90s and we would rate this property as the best villa we have rented. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this as a perfect home from home. Thankyou.

Sitting at the outdoor tables and chairs and looking over the lake provides a welcome release from what can often be hectic holiday pace that Central Florida requries. This place was great for my family. Fist the place was super clean when we arrived. The game room and pool was great for my three boys when not at the parks. The house is very open from the kitchen to the family room. Our view of the lake on the morning was great for that morning coffee before the parks. I strongly encourage this house vice a Disney villa for the price.

Owner response: Always good to hear of a great trip by another happy family. The game room is certainly a big attraction in this home. It is not a garage with a couple of tables in it and it shows in the interest and comments that guests write.

Amazing Villa in an Amazing location

We have recently returned from a fantastic holiday in Florida with family and friends, where we also got married. This villa is amazing and enabled us to have a fun filled memorable holiday with all our nearest and dearest. The size, layout and furnishing of the house enabled 4 couples to have their own double room with en-suite, which was difficult to find when looking at other villas. In total 10 of us stayed at the villa, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The location of the property is perfect for access to all the main attractions in central Florida. We were able to get to all the parks in very good time which allowed us to make the most of each day. It is a shame there is so much to do in Florida as we would have quite happily spent much more time back at the house relaxing around the pool! The kitchen is very well eqiupped for catering for larger groups as is the rest of the house. The men and children of the group particularly enjoyed evenings in the games room! Both Roger and Lucy have been extremely helpful and informative during the booking process and planning of our holiday. We are very grateful for all your help and for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa for a holiday we'll never forget. We shall certainly be recommending the villa to friends. Nadine and Andy

La ubicacion es muy buena. Cerca del super para comprar comidas y cosas para la casa. Cerca de los parques. Cerca de todo en Orlando. Barrio tranquilo. Gente normal como uno con los mismos códigos generales. La casa es grande, suficiente para 4 familias como nosotros. Nada que reprochar. La piscina climatizada fue excelente, ya que tuvimos dias frios. El lago es algo que no tiene precio. Apacible, da una sensación de paz y tranquilidad. Ideal para descansar despues de una jornada intensa. Tambien para practicar footing a la mañana o a la tarde. Un buen valor agregado. En una oportunidad la alarma sonó por distracción nuestra y enseguida la gente de Seasons Villa llamó, así como la policia que se hizo presente en la casa para ver si todo estaba bien. O sea, la seguridad muy buena. Internet rápido. Nada que objetar. Sala de juegos: espectacular para los niños. Todos encantados con la casa. La atencion en Seasons Villa fue excelente. Altamente recomendable para familias con o sin niños. Recomendaría el lugar a todos. Nota 10/10

We all had an AMAZING holiday .This villa was the perfect choice , our party had ages ranging from 2 to 72 and all found it perfect .We have stayed in other villas but this was by far the best .

We returned again after an excellent holiday in 2010 . We found the villa even better than last time and the owners have new furniture in the living room and pool area and lovely new mattresses in the 6 bedrooms. The newly upgraded games room was a hit with our whole party and can easily fill an evening after the parks. We can’t wait for our next visit to enjoy relaxing in such a wonderful home!

Owner response: Returning guests is what we aim for and we continually strive to improve the home and add to the amenities it has to offer. The new games room is a major draw. Whilst others claim to have a game room which is a painted garage, we have fitted ours out with top quality games tables and air conditioning for the whole party to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay at "Seasons" this summer, being our 4th visit and stay at a vacation home in the Disney/Orlando area. That said I feel I can say we are quite the experts in enjoying the vacation homes around the area. As far as location of "Seasons" you can't get any better with Wal-mart around the corner for groceries, last-minute necessesities or a run for an ice-cream dessert. Target and other stores not far away either. Disney parks very accessible too and Medeival Times!!! We also enjoyed the tranquility of the lake with walking trail for that morning/evening stroll. There's also a small jungle gym for little one's off of the trail close to vacation home. The "Season's Villa" was well equiped with everything needed to enjoy vacation, with excellent game room, with new flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Terrific Mickey Mouse kid's room with bathroom a side. The only thing I would recommend is investing in more comfortable less noisy mattresses in all four King size bedrooms. As far as the swimming pool it was very nice with it's spa but a little small in comparison with other vacation homes we have stayed in. Overall Great Vacation home.

We stayed in Seasons for 2 weeks at the end of April, early May. There were 9 of us in all, 7 adults and two children. The villa was perfect for our needs, situated in a very quiet residential area, absolutely beautiful and very well equiped, a home away from home and more. It has everything you’ll need to make your stay a very enjoyable one. We got great use out of the games room and the pool. The villa is only a short 10/12 minute drive to the Disney parks, all of which are amazing. Universal is about 15/20 minutes away. There’s a 24 hour Walmart at the top of the road, great if you arrive late in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, we particularly liked the Olive Garden and if you’re looking for a really nice steak/meal, Charlie’s Steak House is the place to go, a bit more expensive but well worth it. There’s so much to do in Florida that we didn’t get to do everything we wanted so if possible, maybe a 2½ to 3 week break would be the way to go. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this home for your stay in Florida and would love to return someday.

Owner response: Location, location, location. The villa is in the perfect spot. A really quiet location but on the doorstep of all the action! The restaurants are plentiful and will suit all budgets and tastes. The Wal-Mart is ideal when the arrival time is just a little late. It's on the doorstep of the sub division so you can drop the family at the house and just drive down the road for 1 minute and you're there. And if you want a superstore with a different flavour then the other major chains are all very nearby too.

Just Dreamin Villa

Before I comment on the villa I would like to say thanks to Roger and Lucy. Booking a property online can sometimes be a difficult experience but they have been a pleasure to deal with, dealing with any queries we had quickly especially when we had a problem with our flights when the departure date was moved only 2 months before the holiday. Now to the villa. What can I say, we all loved it. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and exactly as described on the websites. A two minute drive (or 15 minutes walk as the weather was fantastic) to the local Walmart should you need to do any shopping for groceries etc, very close to the 192 where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Kissimme Old Town is also only a 3 mile drive away. Disney parks are only a 10 minute drive whilst International Drive is a little further but it is an ideal location if you want to be slighly away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away from the parks. There were 13 people in our travelling party but the villa never seemed crowded with plenty of places to sit and chill. Would 100% recommend this property to friends and family and should I return to Orlando in the future with a large party it will be the first place I look to book. Thanks again.

Fabulous vacation!

My son asked me this morning as a matter of fact: "Can we go back to Florida!?!" "Tomorrow!!!" We had between 11 and 13 people at this house for 10 nights over winter recess 2011. The house was wonderful and perfect... close to all the attractions. We got remote boats for the lake out back and the kids all just loved it. Couldn't have been a better trip... truly a family vacation we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you!

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa was AWESOME, there were 8 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of room. The furnishings were excellent, we could not ask for more. What a lovely house and place to stay. Definite family feel and very good communication with the owners. Recommend to others. Excellent for children and lots and lots of room!

Owner response: The house works really well for a family and can sleep up to 13 people. Elderly guests can use the ground floor master suite and then children and their parents can go upstairs to give them some peace and quiet!

Fabulous house, perfect location for Disney and all the attractions. Rooms were spacious, well maintained, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. In great proximity to all the restaurants on the main highway. The house was fully equiped for a large group holiday. Excellent pool and spa with superb outlook over a large lake. Very impressed with the safety features in the house especially around the pool. With the fully equiped games room there was never a dull moment. Perfect location to airport and theme parks meant more time enjoying ourselves without spending hours on the road. We highly recommend this beautiful house in an idyllic position and only wish we had booked a longer vacation. Superb value for money. I would highly endorse this villa as the perfect accomodation for that special family holiday to visit the home of Mickey Mouse.

We had a fantastic time at your villa and were really taken by the comfort and attention to detail throughout the property. We felt at home the minute we walked through the door so much so that our party were extremely reluctant to leave again! We were amazed that somewhere so close to both the Disney property and the many restaurants of the 192 could be so quiet and tranquil and thoroughly enjoyed being able to return in the evening for a swim whilst looking out over the stunning lake side setting of the property. I would thoroughly recommend the villa to anyone who wants to enjoy luxury at an affordable price. I definitely have every intention of returning as soon as possible!

Wonderful home for Orlando visitors

Want to arrange a family reunion or other group get-together in a large and comfortable townhouse? It's hard for me to imagine a better facilty than this home. My family stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The home is beautifully furnished, spacious and well designed. We have 3 children who brought their spouses and our grandchildren (all 5 of them) and we had plenty of room. We also appreciated the opportunity for individual family privacy when kids needed naps, etc. The grandchildren loved the proximity to the Disney parks and the well-protected swimming pool in the backyard. The friendly ducks in the adjacent pond loved to be fed by the grandchildren as we took walks to the nearby playground. We could have stayed in a motel, but we would have missed the family meals, grandchildren getting to know each other as cousins, and adults visiting with each other after bedtime for the children......and that's missing a lot. My wife and I asked the eleven of our guests who can talk (one isn't quite there yet) if they would like to return to this home again in the future for another reunion. It was unanimous. We all do!

Owner response: We think this house works very well for family reunions with plenty of space and the chance to have some private time in the bedrooms and the high number of private bathrooms really helps offer an excellent mix of family time along with personal time. Pool heat was essential at this time of year for the guest and without it the vacation would have been very different and the pool out of use except for the very hardy swimmers!

What a Wonderful House

I thought I had written this review when we returned from our holiday to Disney in November 09 I guess I did not send it properly.! However better late than never. I feel Roger and Lucie deserve these recommendations as they try so hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were a party of 8 Adults (Grand Parents Mums and Dads and Friends as well as 4 Children ranging from 7 down to 2. We found the Villa had everything we needed and more. You do not have to take Hairdryers or Pool Towels as these are provided. The house is totally safe for children of all ages. Lucie arranged at an Extra cost for us to hire a cot and some stair gates, the cot had its own bedding. There are also the biggest Washing Machines and Dryers I have ever seen in the utility room also Iron and ironing board. One of the nicest features of the house is that it is not overlooked from the pool as behind the house is a small lake with ducks and the Patio Area is just perfect to have breakfast or your evening meal or like us a drink after the kids went to bed! The supermarket is just minutes away from the Villa and there you will get all groceries that you could ever want.As the Villa was so well stocked with Kitchen items we ate in quite a few times over our stay. We found the position of the Villa was excellent as it was just far enough away from Disney and Universal. There are copious ammounts of restraurants on the route you will take to and from Disney. Our Granchildren are still talking about our stay at the Villa as it was the nicest falmily holiday we have had. Can't wait to return. Bestwishes to Roger and Lucie and to everyone who is thinking about this Villa "Don't Think Just Book"

Owner response: We try and provide all the items in the kitchen that a large family would require to prepare meals. If guests suggest anything that might be useful then we add it to the good supply of utensils already there. Over time, it means we have a great stock of gadgets and equipment for guests to enjoy putting together a family meal. Our aim is always to attract guests to book not just for the first time but to come back again when they want to have that very special holiday. Hairdryers, towels (for both pool side and bathroom) and washing machines are all part of the service and ammenities offered at this house.

We booked this holiday over the internet and my father (who believes in doing things through a travel agent) was very apprehensive about doing so. The owners of the villa were very helpful and informative and we could reach them at any time with our enquiries. The villa was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, clean well equipped and located in a prime spot to access all of the attractions, plus a short drive from Orlando airport. There was 12 of us in our party 8 adults and 4 children, we never felt as though we were living on top of each other as our rooms were all en suite and each had their own tv so there was always some form of escapism. We all had an absolutely fabulous time and would definately go back without a moments hesitation.
