This lovely 2 BR/2B stilt home offers an ample back porch overlooking a palm filled lot and quiet canal leading into the Atlantic Ocean, and a short boat ride to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary or Picnic Island. Decorated in a tasteful Caribbean decor with an open living plan, this house offers many amenities and includes a dock with space for a boat as well a quiet seating area and ladder for swimming and relaxing. A picnic table and hammock add to the opportunities for outdoor relaxation. Bahia Honda State Park and ample dining, recreational and entertainment options are all minutes away. Come stay at our lovely home in the Keys and use it as your base for swimming, snorkeling, boating, enjoying lovely outdoor restaurants, exploring Key West, or just relaxing and catching our amazing sunsets over the ocean. Very nice property that is set up for easy use. We have two small boys and the house was perfect for meeting the needs of small kids. Owners are extremely engaging and helpful. Use of washer and dryer and beach chairs/towels is a plus that really make a difference. The property is clean and updated. If you have not vacationed on Ramrod Key before it is the best island for proximity to Bahia Honda, Big Pine and Key West day trips. The canal out back is deep and clear, my four year old and I swam in it multiple times. Great trip and would stay there again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time. The house was fully furnished and totally comfortable. The house was centrally located for short drives to other keys. The owners made the rental process very easy. We would highly recommend it and hope to return soon!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
