The 'upside down' floor plan maximizes the views of Sankaty Head Golf Course and the Lighthouse from the deck and upstairs living area. About the owner: As a Nantucketer for over 40 years, I have had the privilege to share many sunsets with my family and created beautiful memories that we all treasure. It brings me joy to share the beauty of our island with guests from around the world. We built this home to replace our first small vacation home on the same homesite. It was custom designed for our family and has undergone major renovations this year.
