Breathtaking, four-bedroom, three bath, luxury home, 4000 square feet of luxury living in great North Scottsdale location across from the world-renowned Troon North Golf Clubhouse and at the base of Pinnacle Peak. Professionally decorated and furnished. Located in a private, gated community within the Troon North development, near great shopping, lots of fine dining restaurants, and world-class golf (Troon North - onsite; Grayhawk - five minutes; Legends Trail - five minutes; and many, many more.)
This immaculate home has it all, both inside and out. Beautiful entry foyer opens up into the huge two-story great room with a wall of windows exposing the beautiful pool area, golf course, and mountain views (Pinnacle Peak.) A fireplace and power window shades for the huge windows give this room plenty of ambiance.
The kitchen is huge and has all you need to make a gormet meal for all of your family and guests, including a built-in microwave and double-ovens. Tons of cabinets and spacious granite counter tops with large island. There is a breakfast area off of the kitchen and a formal dining area for those special occasions. You will spend alot of time in the hearth room that also has a fireplace and overlooks the pool area. The hearth room also has a 36" TV with DVD player and surround sound.
There is four bedrooms in all, three upstairs and one downstairs, all with TV's. There are two master suites that are large rooms with alot of closet space and luxury bathrooms both with separate tubs and showers. One master suite has a sitting area and a balcony that overlooks the pool and is the perfect place to view all of the surrounding mountains including Pinnacle Peak. The other two bedrooms can sleep two in each room and have great closet space and bathrooms nearby.
Outside is the pool area with gas grill and two patios, one covered in shade with a ceiling fan, the other is exposed to the sun where you can tan near the pool. Just beyond the fenced backyard is one of the finest golf courses in the world - Troon North. This home backs up to the green for Hole #5 on the Pinnacle Course of Troon North. You get great close up views of the golf course, a lake, and all of the mountains, including a great close up view of Pinnacle Peak.

Our family stayed in this home in September of 2011 for a family vacation. The property had a great location and had plenty of room for the whole family. My husband played golf as the kids and I hung out at the pool in the backyard. The bedrooms were spacious and we were able to cook homemade meals in the kitchen. With it being only a couple of hours to Grand Canyon, our family was able to take a day trip there. It was located in a great neighborhood with a cool view of the golf course. There was something to keep everyone in the family occupied daily like golf, swimming, shopping, tourist attractions, etc... We were very happy with everything and would love to stay here again.

My fiancé and I decided to take his best man, my maid of honor and their significant others on a golf/relaxation trip prior to the holidays and our wedding. The house was perfect for 3 couples and totally had room for more people. The pool & patio area was awesome for us girls while the guys were out golfing & whatnot. We had no issue in the kitchen cooking, there was plenty of space for us all to work and all the pots/pans etc. we needed. The community was quiet and safe, we did not feel uncomfortable leaving any of our personal affects at the home while we took the short drive to Sedona and spent other days site seeing Scottsdale and Phoenix. Had such a wonderful experience with the owners, community and home would really like to make this an annual trip!

This house was perfect for us, just stayed in December. Stayed many places in Scottsdale. Will never stay in Casita/Condo again. We could spread out among the bedrooms, lots of open space. Great kitchen/Living area. House was beautifully furnished. Close to everything and right on the golf course. The pool/spa was perfect for our needs. Easy to get to all the great restaurants too. Great for large families or groups of golfers, etc. Clean and well stocked for our needs.

Stayed at this property for 2 weeks recently with various family members visiting during our stay. This home was perfect in size and sleeping arrangements, we had up to 10 people at one point. We were looking for a home that was near shopping and great restaurants and this was close to it all. We had several great dinners out within a short drive as well as some great meals at home. The gas grill was a good size for our larger meals and we found all the needed cookware to prepare all sorts of meals. During many of the days the guys would hit the golf course while we shopped or went sight seeing. Many great courses within 10 minutes including the Troon North which was right behind this home. We loved the views from the home, particularly the upper level balcony off the master bedroom/sitting room. Great view of the golf course, Pinnacle Peak and mountain scapes. We are planning a return soon as we love the desert and Scottsdale is our favorite desination. This home and location was perfect for the various people in our family that visited.

The inside of the house is great and exactly as advertised. Very relaxing and well furnished. Renters should be aware that the "views" and outdoor living areas that we expected from the listing were well short of expectations. The golf course view picture used may have been taken from the roof and we also had real trouble finding a way for 4-7 people to spend time in the sun at one time.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
