  Bjorn and Helena take extra care to keep their home spotless and very comfortable to stay in. The location is great to visit Stockholm and the surrounding area. The home backs up to the Lidingo trail system which is wonderful for running, hiking and getting out with nature. My wife and I live in London and enjoyed having the woods and hiking right outside our front door. If you are looking for a place to take it easy and get away from the crowded city, look no further. Bjorn was very helpful and made us feel like a guest and not a customer. Key features: internet, satellite TV, well stocked kitchen, bikes, washer/dryer, barbecue, private garden, private location, and so much more.

  Das Ferienhaus mit schönem Meeresblick ist auf einer kleinen Anhöhe wunderbar an einem Wald mit Wander- u. Joggingwegen inmitten eines liebevoll gepflegten, viele Erholungsplätze bietenden Naturgarten gelegen. Das Ambiente bot uns dreien, einem entspannungsbedürftigen Ehepaar mit einer die städtische Lebendigkeit liebenden 16-jährigen Tochter die perfekte Kombination aus besinnlicher Erholung, sportlicher Betätigung und reizvoller kultureller Unternehmungen in Stockholm. Das Haus ist liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, vermittelt eine behaglich-warme Atmosphäre und wird bestens gepflegt. Die Realität vor Ort übertraf im Übrigen nach unserer Wahrnehmung die ohnehin schon vielversprechenden Fotos noch. Der Haushalt ist, wie vom Vermieter beschreiben, bestens ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst; alle benötigten Geräte, von der Waschmaschine, übers Bügeleisen bis zum Internetzugang am bereit stehenden Laptop funktionierten einwandfrei. Ein Auto erhöht bei höheren Ansprüchen auf Flexibilität und Bequemlichkeit, die wir jedenfalls hatten, die Komfortabilität der Anfahrt. Vor allem im Hinblick auf die letzten. etwas steileren 250 Meter zum Haus hin ist ein Wagen mit 4-Rad-Antrieb schon eine Erleichterung. Mit dem Auto erreicht man zudem in knapp 10 Minuten den U-Bahnhof-Ropsten-Stockholm, von dem aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokalitäten gut errechbar sind. Aufgrund der geringen Distanzen ist aber auch mit dem Fahrad und sogar zu Fuß alles, z.B. auch der nahe Supermarkt oder die nahe Bank zügig erreichbar. Der sehr sympathische, aufmerksame, unaufdringlich-respektvolle, fürsorgliche und korrekte Vermieter gab uns schon von Beginn an das Gefühl von herzlicher Willkommenheit und jederzeit hilfsbereiter, ratgebender Sicherheit in allen Angelegenheiten des Aufenthalts. So erwarteten uns z.B. bereits bei Anreise Einkäufe zur Verpflegung für den ersten Tag. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub hier in jeder Weise bestens geniessen und können das Ferienhaus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

  Der vorherigen Bewertung von Wofgang H. ist eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen. Wir waren zu dritt 18 Tage in Haus Nr. 34 und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Neben dem Naturerlebnis bietet die Nähe zur Stockholmer Innenstadt alles für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Das Haus ist in der Tat vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Wir haben es schon weiter empfohlen.

  This property in a beautiful woodland setting high on a hill overlooking the water is a testament both to the owners' exquisite taste and their generosity of spirit. Our luggage was transported up the hill in Bjorn and Helena's 4x4 and the vehicle was put at our diaposal for going up and down the hill for the week. The interior decor was beautiful and the property spotlessly clean. Every possible amenity was provided from slippers to breakfast to foil to hairdryer to raincapes to weighing scales to laptop to badminton racquets. Outside a hammock and tightrope and wonderful garden. Beyond that a woodland walking running track. Short drive to Stockholm with it's 84 museums. Highlight for us was the Millesgarden just a few minutes drive away. Skansen also recommended and Grunaland and Technik museums kept our 15 and 13 year olds well entertained.

  My wife, two children aged 12 and 6 and I stayed at House 34 for a week in early July. Beginning with the location - in a forest clearing overlooking the water with views of Stockholm in the distance - to the thoughtful and welcoming amenities in the house itself - a hamper of cereal, preserves and bread, for example, and most importantly the attentiveness and responsiveness of the Lundbergs, our experience far exceeded our expectations. There was an abundance of natural light in the home giving the impression that it was one with nature, every appliance we could have asked for was there (including a laptop with high speed internet) and the home was maintained to a very high standard throughout. Bjorn was available to answer questions at practically any time of day or night and he even took the trouble of printing out our airline boarding passes and bringing them to us the night before we left. On the day we arrived, he drove us around to help us orient ourselves...very helpful. We didn't use the two bed cottage or the hammock but they are both charming additions to this lovely property. While the property is ideal for families with young children, older guests might find climbing up the stairs to the bedroom a little steep. You will also need a car, both to access the property which sits up at the end of a steep driveway and to make it easier to get to and from Stockholm's attractions. Bjorn showed us (the only) free parking in Stockholm and we used it well. I went out for a run one morning and passed startled deer and rabbits by a pond. A few minutes later I could see the skyline of Stockholm. Staying at Fewo Stockholm is as close to nature as you can get while being a stone's throw from a delightful Scandinavian city.

  Das hübsche Haus liegt idyllisch auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick aufs Meer, mitten im Wald und umgeben von einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist liebevoll und gepflegt, gute technische Ausstattung, sogar ein PC mit Internetanschluss. Hier kann man sich so richtig in der Natur erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen, im Wald spazieren gehen oder joggen. Wenn man etwas Abwechslung haben möchte, ist man schnell im Zentrum von Lidingö, Bus oder auch im Zentrum von Stockholm , Bus, U-Bahn. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns vor Ort herzlich empfangen haben! Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier und kommen sicher wieder

  Wij (ouders met twee kinderen (2.5jr en 9mnd) hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit lieve huisje. Prachtig gelegen met mooi uitzicht en toch volledige privacy bied dit huis voor elk wat wils. De ruime natuurtuin die volledig omheind is en rondom het huis loopt is ideaal voor kinderen graag op onderzoek gaan. Aan de tuin grenst een wandelpad met aangegeven hardlooproute en op 5 minuten lopen een speeltuin midden in het bos. Omdat het huis boven aan een helling staat is een 4x4 auto wel aangeraden. Het huis zelf is schoon, smaakvol en praktisch (met bijv traphekjes) met een volledig ingerichte keuken. Wat wij ook bijzonder prettig vonden was dat er een volledige inventaris aanwezig was (niet alleen badlinnen en wcpapier maar ook, olijfolie, peper&zout, koffie etc). Onze kinderen sliepen samen op de enige echte slaapkamer, en wij sliepen in de woonkamer op een prima slaapbank (die zeer makkelijk in-, en uitklapbaar was). De woonkamer is ingericht met lichte gordijnen wat in mei/juni geen duisternis biedt. Lidingo is prachtig gelegen en het centrum van Stockholm is prima bereikbaar in 15 a 20 minuten(wij hebben alles met de auto gedaan). Lidingo heeft een klein winkelcentrum met supermarkt en speciaalzaken op nog geen 5 minuten afstand. Bezoek vooral ook het schattige lunchhuisje Langangens Gard, in het midden van Lindigo's natuurgebied. Bjorn is een zeer vriendelijke en service gerichte eigenaar die bereikbaar is voor vragen en tips en in het huis is ook allerlei informatie aanwezig over Stockholm en de directe omgeving. Wij hebben bijzonder goed weer gehad maar er is ook genoeg te doen op de regenachtige dagen. Kortom, we hebben enorm genoten van deze prachtige plek en zouden het met enthousiasme aanraden aan vrienden en familie.

  Das Haus war für mich die ideale Kombination von Erholung und der Möglichkeit, sich mit Ausflügen zu beschäftigen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer super gemütlich. Der "Wintergarten" perfekt für laue Abende. Der Wald hinterm Haus ist für Spaziergänge und Jogging super geeignet. auch mit dem Fahrrad macht es Spaß diesen Weg bis zum Supermarkt zu radeln. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad an der Ubahn und überquert hierfür eine Brücke, die einem einen herrlichen Blick bietet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hab mich rund um wohl gefühlt!! Jederzeit gerne wieder und für alle Arten von Reisenden (allein, Familien, Paare) bestens geeignet. Ihr werdet euch wohlfühlen.

  Das Ferienhaus ist wundersch�n oberhalb vom Meer im Wald gelegen. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gem�tlich. Die vorhandenen Ger�te wie Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie alle K�chenger�te lassen keine W�nsche offen. Das zweite Schafzimmer befindet sich in einem eigenen kleinen Gartenhaus, welches gut beheizbar ist. Der U-Bahnhof nach Stockholm (Ropsten) ist sehr gut in wenigen Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Bj�rn und Helena sind perfekte Gastgeber, die sich sehr aufmerksam um uns gek�mmert haben. Wundersch�n ist die rundum verglaste Veranda mit einem traumhaften Blick in die herrliche Landschaft. Das Haus ist ein idealer Standort f�r einen erholsamen Urlaub mit einer perfekten Anbindung an Stockholm mit seinen zahlreichen Sehensw�rdigkeiten. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

  Wir ( 2 Paare) haben drei Wochen in diesem Traumhaus verbracht und waren restlos begeistert. Das Haus bietet jede Menge Platz, weil im wundersch�nen Garten noch ein H�uschen mit einem Schlafzimmer liegt. Die Ausstattung der K�che ist perfekt, �berhaupt ist das ganze Haus sehrgeschmackvoll und sehr pers�nlich eingerichtet, man f�hlt sich sofort heimisch. Ganz hervorragend ist der gro�e Wintergarten, der perfekte Aufenthaltsraum in den nicht immer so warem Stockholmer Sommern�chten. In Liding� kann man sich sehr gut versorgen, die Superm�rkte sind ausgezeichnet, vor allem dasFischangebot ist klasse. Nach Stockholm braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 25 Minuten, mit Bus und U-Bahn gehts auch sehr bequem. Die Insel bietet f�r Mountainbiker und Kayakfahrer alles, was man sich w�nscht, kaum zu glauben, was man bei 50 Meter Gipfelh�he so alles anstellen kann. Und nat�rlich die Gastgeber !!! Immer da, wenn man sie braucht, und von jener gelassenen Freundlichkeit, die die Atmosph�re in dieser Idylle perfekt macht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall so schnell wie m�glich wieder !   This little house is even prettier than in the photos. Bjorn and Helena have provided everything you could ever need, and had even set the TV to the BBC for us before we arrived. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to see in Stockholm. Stockholm is a wonderful city to visit, with a wealth of things to see and do. This house is a great option: if you don’t want to sightsee every day, you can relax here as if you’re in the countryside, when if fact you’re only minutes from central Stockholm. You just drive over the bridge, park your car for three euros per day, and take the tunnelbahn four stops to the centre. I was worried that the house might be too cramped for our family of five (youngest 15), but Bjorn put beds for two of my daughters in the little summer house outside, and we had loads of room. Eating on the veranda was wonderful, with a view across the water to the docks and the spires of Stockholm beyond. The house couldn't have been cleaner or better maintained. Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

  Nous avons pass� un excellent s�jour dans cette maison tr�s bien �quip�e. La situation est privil�gi�e : nous avons vu des �cureuils et des cerfs alors que nous prenions notre petit d�jeuner au soleil. Nous �tions � 10 minutes du centre ville de Stockolm qui en ce mois de juillet est tr�s facille d'acc�s( tr�s peu de circulation). Nous vous recommandons de vous �quiper d'un GPS car il est tr�s difficile de se rep�rer. Les enfants on ador� le mus�e de Skansen et les autres attractions de Djurgarden. Nous avons �galement visit� les iles de Vaxholm et Uto : Superbes! Tous les ingr�dients �taient r�unis pour ces excellentes vacances!!!Merci � Bj�rn pour son acceuil chaleureux. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

  We stayed one week with two small kids in this wonderful house. It was very clean, fully equipped and really beautiful with it's Swedish style deco. The owner was very helpful and left us very useful Suggestions. For us, it was the perfect place to be for this city trip to Stockholm. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

  This little cottage feels like it is set in the heart of the country but actually it is really only 15 mins drive to central Stockholm. The setting is beautiful and the views really are as good as they look in the photos. The cottage is is very well equipped with every gadget you could imagine (and some I have never seen before!). There was also a full fruit bowl and Bjorn had stocked the fridge and cupboards with the essentials plus some luxury goods (including the best bread I've ever tasted) which was very welcome after a long drive. Towels and bed linen are included which I understand is not common in Sweden. The house is freshly decorated and very chic. Bjorn and Helena were incredibly helpful and Bjorn was always available to answer any questions without being at all intrusive. They even phoned us to tell us we had left a bag behind after we had left! They were very flexible with booking dates too allowing us to book a Monday-Monday stay. Bjorn also phoned us at home to help us arrange travel and advise on car hire. Our only complaint would be that the blazing Swedish sunshine was too strong for the blind on the bedroom door and we had to hang up a lot of blankets to make it dark enough to sleep (although eye masks are included). The stairs are very steep so if you have young children you have to be careful but there was even a stairgate provided - this couple really do think of everything. A lovely cottage, we were very proud inviting our relatives to visit and would definitely recommend it. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

  We loved our holidays in this place. The house was perfect, as we read in internet, and we spent a beautiful time with our children, in the sun and in the light of midsummer. The oweners were very kind with us and answer any questions we need. Lindingo was peaceful, green, shining, nice to walk and stay, to the seeside, too! Stockholm is there with his charme in 15 minutes. So, we hope to come back! Recommended for: Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

  Das Haus entsprach den Abgaben in der Ausschreibung und unseren Erwartungen Es ist sehr schön im Wald gelegen und doch nahe der Stadt. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene plus ein Kind und haben zehn Tage im Haus logiert. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war persönlich und sie waren sehr zuvorkommend. In der Küche befanden sich bereits Einkäufe für den ersten Tag. Einkäufe und der Weg nach Stockholm lassen sich gut zu Fuß bewältigen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle, oder ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, erreicht man in 10 bis 20 Minuten Fussmarsch durch den Wald oder der Küste entlang. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

  he typical Swedish Landhouse with his high standard present itself at an affordable price. Rooms an environement are very clean and well tended. The very quiet place with his nice view is a ideal place for longer vacations. The appropriate furnished house, located 15 minutes out of Stockholm downtown is a perfect setting for outdoor activities. The existence of a car is a must. Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
