This house was even better in person than in the photographs. Comfortable, high quality furnishings and mattresses made for a great place to relax. The air conditioning was perfectly comfortable, and when I called to ask that it be set at a specific setting they obliged me very quickly! The Pool was wonderful, we loved sitting outside listening to the little waterfall feature it has, we also enjoyed the bbq amenities they provided us with. The Folks who rented this home to us were fantastic from day one, trustworthy and hospitable, they received our payment and then sent us the information on how to gain access to the house. They were very easy to reach and were consistently helpful for our entire stay. The even left us a very sweet surprise in the fridge! We would HIGHLY recommend choosing this house not only for the comfort and reliability but because they totally went the extra mile here. Would give 10 STARS!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property was very well maintained and very clean. The house is well decorated and provided us all the essentials we needed for our 3 week stay. Our grown children and grandchildren also came to visit and enjoyed the pool. The outside pool area is well maintained and very private. The house provided ample room and is very close to shopping, restaurants and spring training games. The neighborhood is quiet and good for walking/running. My husband and I have been visiting Arizona for the past 5 years, and are planning to return to this property next year.We have not worked with anyone in the past that was as helpful and thorough. It made our stay very enjoyable and stress free. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house in Gilbert lived up to it's description as well as the property manager! Compared to a hotel, this house was worth renting. Would definitely stay at this property again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a great home. Clean and well kept. I think the only problem I had with it was the heat was set to high for my tastes and there was no way to set this lower. Otherwise the everything was good for my family and I. The location was very close to the Santan mall and everything that we needed.Owner response: We're SO glad that you enjoyed the property! We try very hard to make it as comfortable as possible for all of our guests! We are in the process of replacing the normal wall thermostat with a wireless thermostat so that, when necessary, we can adjust the temperture for our guests remotely. Hope you will stay at our place again the next time you are in town. Thank you :)

My wife and I were looking for a private getaway in the Phoenix area to spend some time during our July 4th vacation. This home was absolutely perfect! The owner is great to work with and serious about making renter's experience positive. The neighborhood is conveniently located to a mall, restaurants, and plenty of other businesses. We felt very safe going for nightly walks. The furnishings are impeccable with many adders/upgrades not usually found in a rental property. The pool was clean, warm, and offered us an opportunity to relax in the sun - which we did for most of the trip. The rooms were spacious and inviting. We will absolutely return!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We have been married for 21 years and AZ residents for 30 plus years. We have four beautiful kids entering their teen years and we love Gilbert, AZ because of the friendly people and the fact that there are so many activities available to us all year round. Some of the things we enjoy doing as a family are: spending time at the nearby lakes wakeboarding and boating, hiking, biking, swimming, shopping, going to the Theatre and spring training games & dining out.
Why the Owner Chose Gilbert:
We think Arizona is ideal because of the mild winters and beautiful fall weather. We are also avid snow skiiers & like to frequent the two Ski Resorts located respectively 2 - 5 hours from our Gilbert residence
