You will enjoy a " View of the Gulf " But at a price any family can afford and (no streets to cross). You can step out your front door and be on the Beach in about one minute. It is only 50 Steps to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and "Emerald Coast Beaches."
You will also be pleased to park right outside your doorstep for easy loading and unloading as well as a quick trip to the store or shopping.
The Condo is one of the few in this location that has a nice Gulf View right from your unit. The condo is large with over 815 square feet of Living/Patio space and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy an unforgetable Beach Vacation !!
Winter rates are short or long Term. Short-Term only for the rest of the seasons.
Deposit is due at time of reservation. Rent is due and payable 3 weeks prior to your arrival. In case the Town declares an emergency Evacuation (For hurricane or Other emergency) - Those remaining days will be exchanged or refunded for another time.

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Cottages
This part of the Island is very secluded and is yet still near the main hwy 98 only 1.5 miles away.the beaches here are not crowded as the Military owns 18 miles of beach just past the condo and is public access but no homes,condos or other structures around. It makes it very nice to be close to town but on your own little stretch of beach.
Many shops and food stores are in the local area across Brooks Bridge
