This professionally decorated single level townhome is nestled at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains and located on the 2nd tee of the Pusch Ridge Golf Course. The course surrounds the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Resort as it winds, dips, and climbs through a 175-foot vertical drop in the foothills with a challenging 2,788-yard layout. The Conquistador and Cañada Courses complete 45 holes of championship golf. Beginner or pro, the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort is the largest and most popular golf resort in Tucson, and one of the best in Arizona. Even if you don't play golf, it is enjoyable to sit on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand and watch the golfers go by.
Oro Valley is a very popular residential area in north Tucson with shopping and many wonderful restaurants nearby. Our home sits on a quiet street in a friendly covenant controlled neighborhood. Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch with a view of the Catalina Mountains and stunning sunsets from the patio with a view of the Tortolita Mountains off to the right. A luxury destination located 22 miles (35 minutes) north of Tucson International Airport.
The family room features a comfortable sectional sofa with a 50” flat panel HDTV and a new Blu-Ray/DVD player. Attached is an office with a custom desk and wireless internet to keep you in touch. The kitchen table and chairs which sport a southwestern flair will seat a group of 6. Enjoy the outdoor covered patio with lounge and rocking chairs, complete with a gas grill. There are queen size beds and overhead ceiling fans in both bedrooms. All doors are equipped with secure locking screen doors so you can enjoy the fresh outdoor air.
Just a short walk away, at the Hilton El Conquistador you can enjoy lunch by the pool or an evening of elegant dining. Also nearby are museums, spas, art galleries, national parks, hiking trails, the University of Arizona, and downtown night life. Swimming pool, tennis, golf, spa and workout facilities are available through both the hotel/resort (within walking distance) and the country club (which is 7 minutes away) for additional fees.

Ken and his wife rented our patio home during February and March. Here is one of his comments: Your Oro Valley home is very nicely appointed and comfortable. We are starting to meet people in the area that are very nice and open to newbees. I attended the men's Koffee Klatch Monday and we will attend the neighborhood social potluck on Saturday. Clearly, the owners of this unit treat it like their own home (rather than "just a rental"). I would definitely stay there again. New, HDTVs were awesome (fyi: some owners claim "flat screen TVs", yet fail to mention that they have not bothered to hook up HD service to them - this unit has great HD service to killer, new Samsung HDTVs.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Michael was interested in renting our home and was in the Tucson area. He stopped by to visit the property and then ask if he could see the inside. Here is his comments: Hello Stan. Just drove by your place (actually, I stopped and walked around back). Very nice. I would really like to see the inside, if possible. Thank you for your offer to have the care-taker let me in. About the owner: Stan and Dorothy live in Colorado and purchased this property to enjoy a week or two in Arizona throughout the year. Eventually this will become our winter retirement home.
Why the Owner Chose Oro Valley:
This home has the look and feel of a luxury resort destination sitting on the golf course. It makes us think we are on vacation when we go to Tucson. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and well maintained. It is a great place to just kick back and relax.
